KichlerLightingExperts makes it easy to quickly get the lights I want at a good price. I was happy with most of the lights I purchased. One of the lights was available in small medium and large and I initially purchased small. After it arrived I realized medium was the better choice and it was easy to return the light I didn't want and get the better light. No issues with this even though the poor decision was completely mine

Received my new outdoor lighting and noticed a glass piece I should have ordered separately was not included. Called and customer service rep said the piece should not have to be ordered separately, in her opinion, so sent me the pieces for free.

We needed a fixture for our new cabin, something out of the ordinary! You offered a fixture that resembled twigs. Perfect! It was ordered, and arrived in just a few days. Love it!
