Fast service, quality products
My experience with purchasing my light fixture and receiving it very quickly was terrific and I would give it 5 stars. My problem was that I had the fixture installed and then discovered that one of the three candelabra light sockets was defective. It spun out of the base while trying to screw the bulb in with light finger pressure. I will now have the expense of replacing this fixture for yet another and the hassle of shipping back the defective one. I suppose the fault here falls on Kichler's quality control.

We asked for a suitable replacement for our direct wired under cabinet light since ours was discontinued. We were sent a modular light which not usable...and also not returnable. Of course, we had to pay an electrician to discover this. Quite an expensive mistake that your costumer service rep made on our behalf!
