I ordered three outdoor lights and only received one. The website promised 2 day shipping for 2 of the lights that I’ve been waiting to receive for 7 days now. The order number shows shipped but there’s no fedex tracking number and I haven’t heard back from customer service yet, despite opening an inquiry. The pendant light I received is beautiful, and if it weren’t for the delayed shipping, I would be giving 5 stars.
Other having to wait on line to get to talk to a technician it was a great experience. Technicians were knowledgeable and very helpful. Patiently helped me diagnose problem and order the part I needed

Ordered my lighting fixtures they arrived promptly and look good. We replaced 18yr old fixtures, you can really tell quality has gone downhill, the old ones were solid heavy and well made, not so much now.
I have ordered several light fixtures and now a fan. The fan is fantastic as is all of their products. The only gripe I may have is that th fan "remote" is made to take the place of a switch, not an actual remote.
