Purchased fixture (fragile) from OneStopLighting. First one arrived with all 3 bulbs partially broken - would be dangerous and difficult to get the glass out of the bulb connections. Requested replacement and asked for product to be "packaged" - not delivered in the packaging you would find on a retail shelf. FedEx delivered the replacement in the same packaging - gently shook the package and could tell there were broken bulbs again - refused delivery. How many replacements will i need to order before it arrives in usable condition?

18 years ago my high school son and I attended a Kichler workshop at a local lighting store. Together we installed a low-voltage outdoor lighting system. Three of the four lights still work. I have bought additional non-Kichler lights that I have replaced and replaced. Just bought two new Kickler spotlights, they should last for the rest of my lifetime! Cheap is not the way to go!
Not happy with the CS received after speaking to sales Eric on parts needed for my light fixture. Order did not include correct extension rod and required client to pay electrician for coming out. When asked to have some compensation, Eric agreed this was something my client deserved . Nothing was offered up to me . Not happy at all
