The outdoor ceiling fan ,, Tha Canfield Patio ,, seems to be of excellent quality , this fan has more CFM of air flow than any fans that I researched,, even 4 and $500. fans ... customer service and the sales dept. was very courteous and helpful .. this was my first purchase but I highly recommend this company

Light arrived with cracked globe. Spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for customer service. Unacceptable considering I paid over $500 for this light.
Customer Service Rep told me I must have wall controllers to control my fans. I questioned the rep stating controllers come with the fans. She told me they do not and fans will not work without having these proprietary controllers. The wall controllers do come with the fans so the extra $385 I spent was needless Thus, I have to return for credit..
Found a basic pendant lamp with old world look to light in our tudor garage window for a decent price. The garage is being built now. Shipping was fast.

Received pendant chandelier within a couple of days. I was worried that the large bowl of the fixture would be cracked or broken when it arrived, but It was very well packed and had no damage. It is a beautiful fixture in my dining room, and the great quality is evident. The directions were a little confusing, but other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely order from them again.

Really liked the chandelier I purchased....my only complaint would be the "crystals" were glass with a flakey substance on them to make them look like parchment paper.....the flakes were flaking off!!! However, because the chandelier was exactly what I needed, I purchased new crystals from another company swapped them out. Now very happy with chandelier.
Recently purchased ceiling fan with halogen light. I will never purchase another halogen light fixture. The light from the halogen bulb is completely unacceptable to me. I am hoping that they come out with an LED bulb that would fit in this ceiling fan with a 100W output. My opinion is that halogen bulbs get way too hot for any fixture in a home.
Just be aware that these are hand blown and each one looks a little different...some have more bubbles than others. I have 3 and they all look a little different.
