Kichler's web site was easy to navigate to find the garden light I was looking for, order it and, ultimately, install it.
Very responsive to my need to cancel an order the next morning. They stopped the order before it left the warehouse. Then, they helped me make the corrected order, which arrived promptly and with no fuss. They're definitely on top of things.
Excellent customer service. Very quick delivery and returns. Haven't installed the lights yet so I can't comment on the quality of the products. But service could not be better.

Everything was great except that one of the lights was damaged in box, Wire cut from handling......was on tight schedule and had my electrician repair. 1/2 hour labor that i didn't have to pay for....... I have reordered since then. Fast delivery, great site
I should of read description better, but I didn't know it was a blown glass globe. I have to return because it's not the style I was looking for.
Cancelled my order before item shipped , item still shipped and charged my card. Waited on-hold for 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to receive a return autorization
