Better under cabinet lighting for our kitchen cabinets than I expected. Our old Kichler (K series) lights halogen were nice when new. But they were hot, and over time our eight units would take turns randomly going out and back on, mostly at the most inopportune times. These new LED lights use ⅓ the power, much brighter, and cooler to the touch than our old halogens. The color temperature options (2700K - warm and 3000K - cool) are nice to have. The warmer 2700K lights are more appealing in our kitchen. Since we were replacing old Kichler lights with new ones, we were able to reuse all the kichler proprietary plugin wiring. Screw holes for the new units were easy to do, and seem to provide better hold compared to the old light boxes. In terms of heat from these lights, here's what I measured with my Fluke 62 Laser Thermometer: Test duration 10 minutes Starting temperature = 75 F Old K-10566 => 150 F New 6UCSK => 82 F Much happier with these new lights... ;-)

I like my light. However the finish in the picture was not what I received. The picture showed more grain going in different directions creating a more distressed look. What I received had a very linear grain. It's a "clean" finish. I know it's being picky but for nearly $700 for one little light, I think I'm allowed to be. Thats the sort of thing if expect for a $100 light fixture. It's still a nice light.
Delivery was prompt as you promised. Have light installed. The stem on this one felt firmer than the originals....that's why I had to order...one wrong bend and they snap. Have to tell any yard work folks to be careful when they are mowing, edging, needling, etc. around them because they are not cheap. Thanks for the excellent service.
7 days later and still haven't received my lighting fixture. Far cry from a 2 day guarantee.
Can not get customer service on failed led landscape lights
Good service. Was shipped and arrived promptly.
I ordered withassurabce I'd have the product in 2 bus days. It's a week later and I finally hear after 3 phone calls that the item is on back order. Do not order these from the manufacturer. Horrible customer service and now it's too late to use for my project.

Received my items in a reasonable amount of time. I did have to call because all the items didn't come on the same invoice but l like there products.
I PHONED TO CANCEL MY ORDER EXACTLY 30 MINUTES AFTER PLACEMENT AND WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE CREDITED AND CANCELED. I ALSO RECEIVED A CONFIRMING LETTER TO STATE THE SAME. INSTEAD TWO DAYS LATER THE ITEM ARRIVED VIA FEDEX. I THINK FOR PEOPLE WHO PERHAPS MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING OR FOR WHATEVER REASON AN ORDER SHOULD STAY IN LIMBO FOR AT LEAST A FEW HOURS BEFORE BEING PROCESSED. I NOW HAVE HAD TO CONTACT FEDEX TO COME AND PICK UP THIS ITEM FOR RETURN AND NOW WAIT TO RECEIVE THE CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD. TOO MUCH PAPER WORK WHEN IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN NECESSARY IF SOMEONE HAD WAITED A FEW HOURS TO PROCESS.
Added shipping cost of 50.00 for AK was out of line and ridiculous! There is no justification, it does not cost you anymore to ship on small items. You are simply sticking it to people for the sake of making an extra buck.
