Item came with both ends threaded. That was a problem with mounting in bracket. The tension screw could mot tighten the rod because of the threading. The original 4 inch Downrod that came with the ceiling fan was not threaded at the top. I had to cut the downrod below the threading which caused me to lose 1 inch of the 18 inch rod and then re-drilled the hole for the pin.

After viewing the dismal collection of outdoor lighting at the local home improvement stores we turned to the Internet and found exactly what we were looking for. We know that sometimes it is difficult to buy certain items without seeing them, but were pleasantly surprised when they arrived - we love them! In addition, their delivery guarantee is absolutely true - 2 days or you get $25.
Your cut off time for orders is 10:00 AM. Order was placed at 10:13 AM That is absurd. Took 3 business days just to process the order. This is not acceptable and I will not do business with you again. This was an item was guaranteed to be shipped out in 1 day as an in stock item. Hateful help desk support staff and took 30 minutes to answer during non peak hours.

Well packaged, easy installation. Chandelier is beautiful. Still getting used to the two large crystals hanging in the center of it. Pendant light is a simple light with a small crystal.
The light came quickly and I was kept in the loop each step of the way!
