Fan was installed by professional electrician and he said "this is the best fan I've seen". Excellent circulation of air in large great room.

2 days after ordering a light, I received an email saying it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I was offered a 10% discount on a reorder. I emailed the company asking for a $100 credit because the product page clearly states "In stock or get $100". I received no response. Then, I noticed my credit card was charged. Not authorized but actually charged. I called and they said they would put a credit through. I then asked about the $100 credit because the product was not in stock and they said it doesn't apply to manufacturer discontinued products (even though the page says "in stock or get $100"). The product page is still active now and they have not yet corrected it. Whole experience feels a little shady and I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Charged my card before shipping, didn't credit until I called, won't stand behind in stock guarantee, and haven't changed product listing to show out of stock or discontinued.

Helpful staff helped me with a client who had broken the glass on their post lamp. They found the exact replacement piece and I received it in 3 days as promised.

On the phone, the salesman told me it would arrive on Monday - possibly even Saturday. I thought the Saturday was unrealistic, but I did expect it on Monday. It arrived Tuesday. Also, when it arrived, there is no booklet or manual about how to to hook it operate it. It's a little thing and as long as the item works, I'll be happy, but why require the consumer to go find it online rather than either providing a one page explanation?

I was disappointed with the actual fixture. I had purchased a fixture for my kitchen with brushed nickel finish and love it. This fixture has painted brushed nickel over steel. Looks cheap
