Terrible products and terrible customer service. Woke up one morning in June to see my chandelier lying on our dining room table. The cheap metal they used in the O ring snapped causing the fixture to fall. After some research, I found out that the light had been recalled because many people had the same experience. I contacted them, supplied some pictures, and they informed me they would send me a replacement chandelier. I received the chandelier, but it was missing many pieces, including all of the glass globes. I contacted them again and they said they would send me the missing parts. I received a box with the missing metal parts and four glass globes. The chandelier needed nine globes. I contacted them again, and they informed me that they only had four. The rest were on back order until the end of the month. Not sure why they wouldn’t have told me that earlier. Three weeks later, I contacted them for an update. They said the globes were pushed back until the end of the next month. Three weeks later, I contacted them once again to see the status of the globes. I was told that they were now on back order for yet another month. Barbara said she would send me weekly updates on when they were expected. Three weeks later (and no contact from Barbara) I contacted them again. She informed me that the globes are now discontinued and are not expected in. I asked her what happens now with the recall. She said she would check with her supervisor and get back to me. Two weeks later (and again no contact from Barbara) I contacted them again asking the status. She again said that globes were discontinued and not coming in, something I had already been told. No response to my last question on what happens now. I replied asking if I would now be sent another chandelier for the recall. That was two days ago and no response. This all started in June. It is now mid September, and they still haven’t taken care of this. I am now going to buy a new chandelier to replace the recalled junk they made. I will definitely not be buying a Kichler, and I will definitely steer my friends from them as well. Any recalled items I’ve ever had, the companies have stood behind their products but not Kichler

The LED outdoor sconce arrived as promised & a 60W-illumination bulb was supplied. The product details say the 20-inch lamp is 150W-illumination enabled. I wanted 150W-illumination so I chose this sconce size (other sizes 10-inch = 60W and 14-15-inch = 100W size). When I called to request the 150W-illumination LED bulb, a 60W was sent. When I called to ask why they sent a 60W instead of the 150W I requested, they told me that a 60W comes with the sconce, so they sent another 60W bulb. I requested a 150W-illumination LED bulb again. I called when I received e-mail about the 2nd bulb shipment & asked if they sent the 150W, only to learn they were sending a third 60W bulb. Funny. I already have two and don't want those! No one seemed to figure out that I wanted and would pay for a 150W-illumination LED bulb! All I got was arguments that the sconce came with a 60W! Why send me two more 60W bulbs when I clearly stated I wanted a 150W-illumination bulb? Why keep sending a bulb I already had? Your employees are helping your business lose money because no one there is thinking! Don’t you sell lighting products? Isn't that your business? Where are the lighting experts? I'll purchase the bulb I want locally since your business won't sell me the product I want.

Great company to purchase from. We purchased a fan. It was defective. We called and spoke with Vinson. He walked through steps trouble shooting product. Vinson determined it could not be repaired and ordered replacement. Customer Service was the best. Got our fan to us quickly. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Great ceiling fans easy assembling and install. One of the fan motors made an unusual sound, reported it to customer service and they just sent a replacement. The replacement went up no issues. Will purchase again!

Love my lamp. I gave it 4 stars because it is a bit darker than what I thought antique bronze would be. It’s more black but it still goes well With what I wanted it to. Service was amazing. It came in one day. What a delight in this covid world !!! Good job!!

I have only received half of my order which I have paid for in full. I have called customer support twice about this only to be sent a fake FedEx tracking number.

Hello there, I purchased a faulty Kichler track lighting unit from Lowe's. The Lowe's I had purchased it from has closed down, and I was beyond the one year warranty limit, so instead wrote a scathing report on the track lighting I had bought indicating it was sub-par in workmanship, and posed a serious fire hazard. Representatives at Kichler contacted me concerning the lighting unit and were very concerned with my claims. Kichler replaced the track lighting with a new light. The model I had purchased was no longer in stock, being made, but they provided an upgraded model at no extra cost or a voucher for a future purchase. Additionally, they requested that I send back the faulty unit at their cost, so they may ascertain what the issue was with the unit, to make future products more reliable Kichler Lighting Experts stand by their products. Their representatives were very responsive and understanding of the situation and wanted to make it right, which is what they did. I highly recommend this company for any of your lighting needs. It works! I had got a ceiling fan on Wayfair open box and it worked for two months and then stopped. My husband told me that all I needed was a new switch because he was able to hardwire it and make it work so it wasn’t an issue with the power going to the fan it was clearly an issue with the switch going to the power to control the fan. I was able to receive a refund from Wayfair due to the fan being defective and was able to keep the fan for free and loved it and all I had to do was invest $50 for a new switch for a $600 fan so not a bad trade. I’m glad the switch worked I hope it stays working!

The customer service from Kichler Lighting is superb. I was handled by excellent customer care. I love my chandelier and when it arrived one of the glass shades was crushed. I called Kichler and within 3 days the replaced shade was at my front door, no hassle only exceptional customer service. This is why I will buy more lights from Kichler. "They" understand people!
