Controller must be wrong although it looks the same I can not get it programmed
We had to send items back because it just didn't fit our application. The items arrived within 2 days and working with customer service to return items was so easy. I hope to use this company again and will refer other electricians and home owners to them.
beautiful modern ceiling fan
Have been wanting this mirror and looking at it since 2009. Yep you read it right. Repainted my bathroom in a beautiful gray and thought the mirror would look even better. Called, talked to a very nice lady. Got a $100 off and bought my mirror. Waiting for a guy coming to put it up for me. Sooooo very pleased with it. Is gonna look awesome. Very excited. Thank you Kichler for this awesome mirror!! NOT disappointed!!
Mirror is beautiful! Beveled glass and brushed nickel frame give classy look to small bathroom. Everything needed to hang mirror is included in package. Very pleased.
Excellent product and customer service!
You sent me a box that had been previously retuned and whoever was checking returns did not notice the wrong part was in the box. The box is correct, but the part isn't. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and I don't have time to return this part because of someone else's incompetence.

Quick service, good prices, product packed well. I won't be using it for a while but I fell in love with the light on line and wanted to order it before it was unavailable. If I decide on other Kitchler lights I will be ordering from Lighting Experts.
These are beautiful over my kitchen island! I love the seeded glass and the flexibility that the 3 bulbs offer you to put I up to 100 watt bulbs. I used 60s in a soft white light and it’s perfect!
Ordered a ceiling fan light cover. Received a box large enough to have what I ordered. But upon opening it contained a very small some type of light covering that I have no idea what it is or could be used for. Whether I was ripped off or not I surely feel that I was.
Our new light looks fantastic! Classic but modern. It definitely appears to be more black in color than oil bronzed which I am happy with. Arrived on time and well packaged.
