Very good promotional price, but description did not say product did not include bulbs. Ordered listed bulb, but was not the correct bulb. Return was accepted and I received credit with no problems though.

I purchased a Kichler bathroom light fixture I loved the look in my space. Then one day a socket within the fixture snapped and the glass globe dropped down. I first took the light to a retailer that sells Kichler to see if I could replace the socket and because it was about 10 years old they could not get the part. They sent me to a repair man. The cost to repair was $200 because of the time it would take. The repairman told me all the sockets were weak and cracked and said this was rare and that the sockets were of inferior quality. After hours of trying to get the light repaired, I contacted Kichler customer service asking for a replacement. I was told that I could not expect a bathroom wall fixture to last more than 10 years. I find that odd since all the similar fixtures I've owned have lasted 20 plus years. . It was clearly a case of a defective part and they clearly did not give me the customer service they advertised. Now I understand why this well known retailer stopped selling Kichler. Good customer service is about seeing a problem and solving it to the customers satisfaction. They did neither.
Ordering was easy. We ordered several lights the pendants were too big for our space. Returning them for a refund was quick and easy. The other lights look amazing!

I had to return the lights I purchased for reasons not related to the Kitchler product. A return authorization was issued immediately. I kept the fan I purchased and it's of superior quality. Now I am about to re-purchase 7 lights to replace the lights I returned. All the lights in our home are Kitchler and I am very satisfied with their quality. Thank you Kitchler
Good product and fast delivery
It was a bit daunting to install given all the parts and the instructions. I did read them a couple of times and watched a related video. Essentially I did it just right! The only thing I could not do was to fins a place to anchor the motor. What a difference this fan makes. I will certainly be purchasing an additional as well as recommending the same to neighbors who have similar fixtures.
