Life time warranty statement on the web site appears to be untrue. A Kichler under cabinet light had gone bad, and we bought a replacement with one from this dealer, and they have stated on their web site it includes a life time warranty. Now the replacement has gone bad and the company will not fix or replace the bad light.
items came late, broken and missing
I believe I ordered two boxes of lights, and the order came promptly, but there was only one box. I hope I won’t be charged for two when I only received one.

If the directions are followed step by step the installation is not simple but a lot easier than it looks We love the fan it looks great on our patio and we have gotten a couple of thumbs up from friends , Will positively get more when the current situation changes .
