I ordered two lights and one was missing a minor but integral part. I ordered a replacement part and I have not received it as of yet. I’ve called and was told they would look into it and get back to me. I would really like to hang my light but can’t till I receive the missing part. The one light is beautiful.
So far so good! The first part of my order came quickly and in good condition. Lighting was solidly built. You could tell the minute you open the package that the product was high quality.
I ordered some pendant lighting and due to our high ceilings needed to order downrods. When I reached out to Kichler, they sent me downrod info for fans, not lighting. I ordered based on this info and had to return the wrong parts and finally reorder the proper parts. On the plus side, the return process was quick and Kichler pays for it, but nonetheless overall, it made for a less than ideal transaction.
The fixture I ordered online looked gorgeous. It was left on my porch (understandably) but arrived with the box badly damaged. I called customer service 3 times. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and so left voice messages. No response. I emailed twice as well. I was finally contacted by Kiana who said abruptly that the item was not eligible for return. I am still trying to resolve this issue. I sent pictures of the damaged UNOPENED box. I will certainly never shop at 1stop lighting again.
If you have questions forget it no one answers phone and no one returns calls. I paid too much for the fixture, never again. Very disappointed in service
I ordered a light from Kichler lighting, unfortunately one of the glass shades was damaged I called customer service and within days I had a brand new glass shade! They even brought it on Sunday! I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful light and the above excellent customer service!
This place is great if you don't need customer service, however there was an issue with my order. I tried for over a week to call customer service, spent hours on hold, sent two emails and by the time they finally responded to my email their window for returns was past. It aparently didn't matter that I was well within the return window for most of the time before they got around to responding. Regarding the product information question I asked, their response was for me to reach out to the manufacturer directly. I have worked in customer service for years and know that a distributor has a working relationship with and direct line to the manufacturer and they could have easily acquired the answer to my question if they cared at all for their customers. I don't recomment them - if there is a problem with your order it is very difficult to speak to an agent and get your issue resolved.
I have ordered a relpacement fixture to replace a 20 year old one that broke. I can not complain about 20 years of service. In fact I ordered another Kich'r fixture because off the excellent service. When ordering I was told that the item was IN STOCK. Several days later I recieved an e-mail saying ... "that due to Corved19 the item was NOT in stock "... & NO anticipated shipping date was indicated!!! How does Corved19 Virous degrade a materials management inventory control/location indicator system???

Great product, great price and fast delivery. We have their lights as well which are awesome. Had a few problems with a few lights but they quickly replaced them under warranty. A++ company
We bought three outside Barrie pedestal lights which weren’t cheap. After just over two years the light fitting screws are badly rusty & corroded and breaking away from the fitting. After contacting the company was told they’re out of warranty.... very disappointed

A big box store that shall not be named couldn't get my oversized light to me until mid-August. I ordered the exact same light on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. 2 day delivery. So impressed! Price was better too.
I google for a 5inch lens and got 3 inch lens that was of no use.Because it was on close out it's not returnable.No where was a discription so as I googledi 5 inched Ithought that was what I was getting. 5 inches .not the case.very unhappy customer
Website indicated that item was in stock. After ordering and being billed, I was notified that item was on back-order and would Take more than Thirty (30) days to ship. Email also stated that could not be canceled for a refund. Very dissatisfied and have no idea when I will get the items I ordered, if I get them at all.
