The fixture came with no lamp! This doesn’t seem right to me. For the price paid it should include a lamp.

You had it shipped someone else. I put the correct address in your system but you failed to put my Unit#, so it luckily went to an honest person that dropped it off at my address.

I ordered a fan/light combination in mid-December 2020. According to the information I received when I placed the order, the matching downrod would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. The fan/light was received within the week; however, when I checked on the downrod, it was now backordered until May 2021. I returned the fan/light, but can't seem to get the downrod backorder cancelled. An email to the company remains unanswered. I will not do business with this company again.
Shipping was fast and fixture was exactly as described and pictures and was a perfect statement piece that’s transitional between rustic and modern contemporary style. The long rod length came in pieces, which was perfect to set the desired height of the fixture. I did not have to use all the pieces with an 8ft ceiling so and had plenty of more length for if I had a 10 ft ceiling.

These lights were back ordered but totally worth the wait. I ordered 9 of these lights and I couldn’t be happier with how great they look on the outside of our new home. I love the seeded glass!!
I purchased a fan on 08/06/2020, style 310204WH, 52-inch Cameron Fan LED, order number, 2935979. We received and had the fan installed by a licensed installer. The fan ran ok for several months but then started to making clicking noises on all levels of speed and then the light started to turn off and on by itself. On 10/23/2020 and spoke to customer service who said the problem was a faulty receiver in the bowl in the ceiling and needed to be replaced. The receiver was replaced. We are now having the following problems the fan. • Low Speed Clicks until the fan stops Light is on and the clicking remains • Medium Speed Clicks start, but stop after a minute or two • High Speed Clicks start, but stop after a minute or two
The chandelier we ordered looks to be a good product but in order to cut down on shipping costs, the fixture needed to be assembled more than you’d expect for an item in this price range. I don’t mind doing the work and have experience installing various lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, etc but the images used for the instructions needed to be larger than they were. If the company was trying to save money on paper, they succeeded but the frustration factor was high. The instructions also said to thread the wires through a part of the fixture that does not exist. Maybe the company changed the design and the instructions were not updated. Customer Support is available through the week but really, most people do DIY tasks like this on the weekends so the customer support hours were not too helpful. All of this said, I think the light will be nice in our front entrance, I just wished the instruction page had been much more user friendly.
Order chandelier on a Monday and 7 days later it has not arrived. Store does not answer phone and unable to find out status of order. Not a responsive business.
The online shopping experience/website was very user-friendly. The product you see online is exactly what you get. (I ordered two pendant lights and a chandelier for my kitchen). The quality of the products is excellent—you do get what you pay for. Customer service was outstanding... I changed my mind and wanted to change my order and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Kichler Lighting.
