Placed an order with this awful company a week ago go for delivery for today day no attempt to deliver my items what I ordered no explanation whatsoever after phoning their head office twice I was told the manager would ring me but never did did absolutely fuming do not trust this company knee-high are complete waste of time I'm you would have thought that they they new business all I've done is cost me time and money absolutely disgusted the order was placed with the Leicestershire branch absolutely shocking

Placed an order online, delivery confirmation was received in good time and order arrived with a 1 hour slot, absolutely brilliant. As I'm not a business owner and this was for personal home use, weekend parties for kids and an upcoming bbq. Anyway about 2 weeks into going though the beef patties (burgers) we noticed a colour change within inside the box. Filled JJ's online feedback form as I tried to ring them but to no success. About an hour later a lady called me back. Saying they need more information about the issue. I explained that I wasnt a business and the order was for home use. Also explained the multi coloured patties and it didnt look right. Soon after she put me on hold came back a few minutes later saying that if there was an issue with my delivery then I should have informed JJ Foods within 24hours of the delivery. If we were using this for a business or shop we would have noticed this eariler, there after lady stated she would send me an email so that I could send the pictures on so that they can investigate it. What a load of nonsense, email never arrived and the lady was quick to cut the call short. Brilliant customer service. Would I order again well, I'll let you be the judge of that. If I was a business owner they would have probably took action. JJ Foods take note there are loads of other competitors out there, seems this is a one time business transaction or shall I put it as diamond dozen. Update 23rd March- no email was received, stop making stuff up. Waste of time and money, absolute coward's hiding behind policy's and no one followed it with any phone calls. Leave it out. Disgraceful.

Well priced products and excellent company to deal with very efficient

Called customer service head office in Enfield today, I spoke to a lovely friendly person called Yagmur she was extremely helpful and excellent customer service skills and resolved my question regarding a situation.

On our first visit to JJ Food services, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Upon placing an order by email we were able to collect a couple of hours later and even add on to the order and all produce was ready for collection as confirmed . Highly recommend JJ Food Services

This company is brilliant, I saved over £10 on just 2 items!!! Their site is so easy to use, they have massive amounts of product to choose from and their prices are very much more than competitive. I placed and paid for my order online, saving me even more money! I chose a time that suited me to collect my order (although they do deliver,) and it was ready to collect at the time I chose, no waiting about at all, fantastic! The staff are very polite and happy in their work, JJ Foodservice is easily accessible, just drive in, load up and drive out, fantastic! I am so pleased I found JJ Foodservice, I just wish I had know about it months ago.

Delivery was quick and the food quality is of a high standard. You have to make sure you have fridge space as the quantities are big but worth the taste. The burgers, sausages and samosas i ordered tademlike store brought. If there wasn't a minimum spend of £79 I think, I would order more often,now I have to wait till I have cleared some fridge space for a big order.

Everything arrived on time. Frozen product delivery was perfect. Will order again.

Easy to order on the app, some really good foodstuff especially seafood which is what we ordered, the quality of the product, packaging and delivery all 5 star, would definitely recommend to my friends and family

Gave up. Tried phoning to open an account. On hold for 20 mins, call answered by someone with no communication skills. Transferred me to someone else, who transferred me again. Back in a queue. Don't think I'll bother with this supplier if they can't be bothered even opening an account for you.

I am very happy with JJ’s the quality of the food is outstanding there items are very we’ll packed and fresh lots of choices for everyone, I cannot fault them the staff are very friendly the delivery drivers are always willing to help, I would recommend JJ’s to everyone 10/10*.

What a joke this company is place an orderon Friday travel over 100 miles round trip to on Monday to get there to be told there out of stock and there is nothing we can do can't even deliver them when they come back in stock 2nd time its happened now

I bought a box frozen boneless chicken, there was a piece mixed in which was off and had green/yellow fungus growing. I contacted jj with pictures and order number but never heard back from them. You are putting yourselves and customers at risk by buying from these guys.

It was very easy to order and collect from warehouse. This is the place where you can get everything you need, Highly recommended to family and friends.

On Sunday the 5th December we had our annual Christmas in the street party, we had all our food from JJ foods absolutely amazing! We made a huge chicken curry from their premium chicken range which ouszed flavour so succulent. We had steak burgers halal burgers, Shish and chicken and pork sausages all on the BBQ , Everything tasted of a very high quality, we had ques in abundance which really made this event and everything was eaten no waste. We cannot thank JJ foods enough for their support and attention to detail in this event, on hand to help ever step of the way. We will definitely be using this company again, quality service, quality food .

I bought a frozen chicken breast on the evening of Thursday , when I try to cut it it seems very very soft the texture extremely soft like jelly it s very old chicken breast ,I never ever experienced a chicken like this , I contacted them they said after 24 hours we don't take responsibility ,it's frozen when I bought them it's obvious I can cook them straight away , old meat should be disposal not for sale to people .that is disgusting and unprofessional .

I live in Dagenham and always make grocery shopping in JJ Food Service Dagenham Branch because I love their services and products. All the employees are friendly and products are fresh, easy to collect my order at time slot. So, I love Dagenham Team, JJ Foodservice Ltd. Keep it up 👍👍

This review is for the Dagenham branch of JJs. The Customer Service is really really terrible. You wait for so long before you can collect your items. I have come 30 minutes before my time slot as am coming from work. There are a few vehicles here. Yet they have refused for me to collect only 2 items. Yet Very conveniently no managers available to speak with. Sidcup Branch is excellent but Dagenham branch really have a long way to go
