Thanks God i read these reviews before ordering i had over 600£ in my shopping cart, it's a very unusual awkward site to shop from, i had over 400 in Chicken, but after reading these reviews i don't think i'll bother now, no way. Thanks for the reviews guys you saved me being ill and wasting my time and money.

Once again only part of the order was delivered. People write these reviews in the hope that management take note, unfortunately this does not happen at JJ’s. The company does sell competitively priced products, however it is likely you won’t receive half of your order. Nearly every week we order and it is more likely that at least one item is missing. This is not acceptable and we hope receiving these reviews will prompt management to concentrate their loyal customers.

Amount the items I bought was the Fresh Halal Minced Chicken 1x2Kg with code reference of CHI764 , I kept it well chilled in fridge withing the consumption date written on it but when I opened it the smell wasn't the best you can smell, it was clearly gone. I will never try to buy any fresh meat from jj food after this experience. I am not saying all their products are this terrible quality and I think they have a very good quality like in bread or frozen stuff but this minced chicken packed with vacuum bag is terribly smelly and not even gor animal use. By the way I grilled some of the minced chicken but thankfully was small amount and I had a very bad feeling in my stomach and all over my body like some sort of minor food poisoning. Thx

Jjs have been great. I have been using them for a number of years. They always have the product I require in stock, the products are always fresh and given with sufficient date. Yagmur Bomboz and the team are a great asset to JJS. Would recommend!

Thank you all for your reviews. I was on the point to make my first order from JJ Food but after reading those negative reviews from your customers. I now decided to stick with my local butcher.

I bought mutton mince. It was really rotten and very smelly , really waste of money, we complainted them but no answer ,we used to buy many stuff but now we decided that will never buy again

Today is 7th days since I complained about rotten beef Jj sent me last week. Probably the the customer service team didn’t even bother reporting.she was rude. I heard nothing.

NEVER, EVER do business with these clowns. I was fortunate to have received such terrible customer service on the phone to them that I slammed the phone down and decided to check them on Trustpilot. I fully confirm the one star reviews that this bunch of morons have received.

It’s stated you can mix and save, never ever trust them, misleading consumer. Everyone have to read the description, the apps order stated mix and save, they use the same logo, what you think if you are consumers???

I always buy from jj food, but now i’m a bit concerned whether to buy from JJ or not regarding if the meat is 100% halal?

I regret ordering these ribs—they were an absolute disaster. The meat was clearly from an old animal; it was stiff, chewy, and nearly impossible to eat. It felt like eating leather. This was, without a doubt, the worst ribs experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone, and I certainly won’t be ordering again

Cannot fault them, from initial contact, through the delivery and the quality of produce, second to none.

Disappointed, jj's was once the place to go that helped fight against rising g food costs but for the last few months I've noticed there prices are more expensive than most general supermarkets even though you are buying in bulk. We're talking g about chicken, lamb, beef and even confectionery.

I have stopped ordering chicken from JJ. This is the third time the chicken smell really bad and upon emailing with pictures and chatting with helpline, I have never been refunded.

I want to express my concern regarding an order I collected yesterday from your Basingstoke branch. The order in question is for Halal lamb hind shanks. Unfortunately, upon opening the package later that day, I noticed that the meat had a strong, offensive odor. Despite trying to cook one of the shanks, the smell persisted, rendering the meat inedible.

This is my last order with these guys, absolute joke as they always waste my entire day. I booked a time slot from 7am to 11am but for whatever reason they think it's acceptable to send my order out after 5pm. If I wanted an evening slot I would've selected it. At this stage what's the point even allowing your customers to choose a time slot when you never adhere to it?

I’ve had such an amazing experience using JJ Foodservice! The delivery was super quick with a really friendly JJ Foodservice courier, the food arrived really fresh, and some of it pre-marinated, which saved me lots of time. The food tasted lovely, 10/10! I was hosting a BBQ and everyone was very impressed with my cooking, thanks to JJ Foodservice! Really easy app with lots of choices, premium quality and fabulous customer service. Shoutout to Leyla, who was brilliant over email. I will definitely be using JJ Foodservice again and recommending them to others!
