I have been a customer for JJ over 8years. Now a days their products quality are very poor.

One of the items was out of stock. Customer service responded very quickly clarifying the missing itme in my order, without affecting the rest of my order

Time slot given and kept to, produce was excellent delivered with care, can not fault and would recommend to others.

I have made many purchases from JJ's, all of which have been delivered on time, with attention to detail. I came across them thru this Covid time, but will certainly continue to purchase from them due to their quality & high standards.

We have been with JJ food for a couple of years but recently we found customer service is not helpful but drivers are always very nice. We are a restaurant and open at 12:00 o'clock. They usually arrange delivery after 12:00 but recently they said they can't guarantee. So when the drivers called me when they were arriving at 11 o'clock, I had to ask staff to be at restaurant early than 12 o'clock. It is very inconvenient and unhelpful.

Staff very slow to many cigarettes, order online But still have to go into office for paperwork, staff very unhelpful walk around in a dream better off going to Tesco staff in office waste of time boxes though around wherehouse broken inside can’t take back would not deal with them again

One of the worst company . I bought frozen cod few times in the last 2 months The fish was the worst you can in the uk . I had complained about it none one care about it . I try to get my money back and never ever order anything from there and I will tell all my friends and family not to bother with those useless peoples

I received my delivery today was missing my pinar water when I called the customer service I spoke to a lady named Rain phone cut out she called me back straight away so I didn't have to do the process of calling back and waiting she was really nice and even had a look to see if the driver was still In the area and got him to come back and drop off the water it's not easy in these times to do my shopping I am grateful for the service and the customer service team that look out for the little people and not just the big business

Our businesses start ordering from JJ foods since last lockdown as difficult to obtain stocks at the time. Even since,that we been ordering every week. Online ordering, booking delivery slot are very easy and u will be keep inform all the time of your delivery arrival. one of the best all around supplier out there. Delivery drivers are usually helpful and polite. The only problem i think it can be a bit difficult to return items if ordered wrongly or being sent wrong. Driver dont really like to take things back unless they got a uplift note, which is understandable, but i think JJ should look into this and make it easier for the customer as well. I had to called to head office to speak someone named Yaz as the delivery manager not willing to accept my return. Bear in mind that, the items was sent wrongly to me in the first place. Apart from that, I did put forward to JJ that they can add a few more lines of items to be supply to the chinese restaurant sector as I can see they try to penetrate into the market.
