Helped a lot of my family survive COVID-19. Great products and amazing prices. But it is bulk buying so be prepared to share.

Since the middle of March we have ordered groceries three times from JJ Foodservice. They have delivered high quality fresh products and offered good availability (and reliability) for their delivery service. While we can't order all of our groceries from JJ (as some items are only available in large quantities), it's a great supplement to our offline grocery shopping.

That is 5 stars service and great customer care at Manchester Branch. Very easy to use online ordering system, staff are excellent and very helpful. Product quality is great, price cheap. During Covid times, i think only company did not make customers upset and gave great service, well organise, take necessary action against Covid for collection and delivery service even since February.Even if such a busy place, they are bringing goods to our car in few minutes , and we just wait inside of our car, quite safety. we r not going supermarkets such a long time as well, because they started to sell household items. Also very important that They made great donations to NHS hospitals for food, drink and more important PPE for NHS staff while other big companies was playing 3 monkeys..Well done JJ, Great Job

JJ have been amazing since we have gone into lockdown. When we couldn’t get deliveries from any of the usual supermarkets they helped us. It’s very easy to place an order and they deliver within their time frame. The delivery guys are friendly and helpful too. The food is fresh and good value for money. It’s changed our way of shopping and will definitely continue to order from JJ even when this is all over.

Easy to order, arrived on time, and great quality products. Yes some of the quantities were slightly bigger than we needed or normally buy but we donated all excess product to the local Salvation Army centre. JJ had only set up the home delivery service 48 hours earlier so it was impressive they’d got it up and running so successfully so quickly. Will definitely use again

Really pleased with the efficiency, quality of the products and even the friendly delivery guys. Massively helped during lockdown to get some bulk items in as we are all eating 3 meals a day at home all of a sudden. The southern fried chicken strips are a god send for an easy lunch!

First time in my life(Im 61yrs) I ordered food on line and it was with jj. It gave me so much confident and reliability I definetly wont shop as much as I used to do from supermarkets anymore. I put order for chicken, lamb neck fillet (my favourite perfect for bbq) aubergine, fresh cherry tomatoes, wholemeal flours, pg teabags and toilet roll Next morning I got message to let me know when it was nearby, delivery was ment to be between 9am 11am. 8.55 this lovely, polite man was on the doorstep with my delivery. Everything was so fresh. I'm absolutely impressed with level of service. People talks about chicken smells when they open the pack, actually all the chickens have some smell, fresh lemon cures it.

Food quality is very poor. Ordered two packs of chicken thighs and both packs were rotten and smelt terrible! Emailed customer service who were not only unhelpful but really rude. Only offered to refund me one box as I apparently didn’t have enough pictures even though I took pictures of all the individual packs. I would stay very clear away

We ordered a high quality egg and they gave us a bad quality then they blamed it that we didnt check the recite and they did nothinf about it
