JJ delivery truck weekly parks up on the pathway destroying the surface this had to be repaired by the council. When I explain to the driver today not to park on the path but on the other side where other trucks park the driver/mate started swearing at me. Unprofessional and rude staff, will make the business they are delivering too look bad. 9/8/21 1000hrs Just tried to call JJ foods on number below and it's a wrong number. I have called JJ Foodsevice in the past to ask them for their delivery drivers not to park on the pathway which was either not passed on to the drivers or ignored by the company. Local traffic wardens now have a zero tollerance and issue tickets because the council is not happy about repairing the pathway over and over. 9/8/21 1115 I have spoken to the JJ customer service and a message will be sent to their local delivery centre incoming drivers not to park on the path. I will update this review if and when a JJ truck parks on the pathway again. 20/8/21 No JJ trucks have parked on the pathway since this Trustpilot review and follow up phone calls. Well done JJ and thank you. I have now changed my star rating from 1 to 3 for the customer service. 27/9/21 JJ delivery truck again parked up on the pathway, I asked the driver not park on the path and no was his reply and why should I. I explained again that the large truck is destroying the surface of the path and the council have been twice to repair because of these delivery trucks. My call to JJ customer service has not stopped their drivers from blocking the pavement. So if I could give zero stars I would, poor customers service and poor drivers. If you are a customer of JJ Service then switch to a different food wholesaler as they make your store, cafe or restaurant look bad and your local residents will not shop/eat at your establishment. I know I have stopped buying from the one JJ deliver to. 26/10/21 12.30 JJ truck again parked on the pathway blocking pedestrians from walking safely on the path while delivering. The driver tried to kick my small pet dog and swore at me in a Euro language. Refused to move the truck. If you are a cafe, restaurant or hotel do not use this company their drivers are rude, aggressive and inconsiderate to your neighbours when they park.

Excellent staff. The burgers and fresh chicken i received where 10/10 very good quality can't go wrong for the price you pay also delivery river was very professional. would definitely recommend this company!!!!

Terrible service at the Sidcup branch. Absolutely nothing happened for 15-minutes whilst the ‘manager’ stood there moaning that she had no staff. A nasty and unprofessional service and the attitude was just ‘not my problem’. Would never use again based on that woman’s attitude.

Less staff, more waiting time (nearly 2 hours). Don’t let you know that they are doing construction so that the customer can come more earlier for pick up. Bad experience never collecting from them.

I am a regular customer been handed over expired meet literally the date says use by 29 July and today is 28 . It’s 10kgs meat it smells awful. Very hopeless

Company that customer service hang off the phone. Delivery supervisor has the authority to kick off customers that they doesn’t like with no notice. Treating customers and businesses badly and malicious. Really big discrimination, zero intention to facilitate customers. Frustrated that we give them our money and as return we receive this behaviour. We are JJFood customers feeling so bad that we had to go through this. I wish that there were staff appraisals more often they would understand the Mr Harry from Sidcup Branch treated us this way for that long time. As a reply to your reply: First of all you were wrong as you failed to inform us formally that our account was closed. Poor us we were trying to place an order from Thursday evening till Friday morning when we though that there was a system difficulty and we called you. Then we got informed that our account was closed without any notice. Please let us know what type of treatment is this to a customer that spends more than 20K per year. Then of course we got really upset with your treatment. Above all because we tolerate the bullying behaviour for long time from the Delivery supervisor and some of drivers not all,some are really lovely. However we we kept buying from you because we liked your products and as a thank you was this malicious treatment. Also checking the correspondence you will find and we have a written email as proof that you will accommodate us as last delivery, instead of this you always schedule us in the middle, so whoever organises the route causes significant issue to us and the drivers. You cannot also interpret as “abusive language” our frustration for the bad that you caused us last minute without notice to our business. How would you feel when you have nobody to talk when you ask to speak to a senior or manager and the customer service doesn’t give you the option, we almost begging you to talk to someone that would be able to see the whole picture. How would you feel when one of your drivers only 5 days before has hanged off the phone on purpose, when I was trying to find out what time was coming without being collaborative, Did you close the account because we complained that your driver was rude? That was the truth!!! Unfortunately you only see your options trying to cause frustration to the customer without any reason. If you wanted to be professional you should first have informed us formally by email or call and not like this causing such a corruption to our business last minute. That was unacceptable and cannot be forgotten and forgiven. Also above all if you wanted to do the delivery service nicely and without problems and very smoothly you could have arranged it, but is just you didn’t want to do it. I hope that there are records of the times that you called us to change or cancel the delivery last minute, because you didn’t have enough staff to cover the area, you won’t even believe how many times your delivery service was really bad and we were fine with this. Hope God forgives you for the mess that you caused us. Thank you

We are JJFood Customer for long time. We experience issues in every delivery with bad products that we have to return and then go and shop around. After being customer for long time we found out last minute that Mrs Harry Sindcup delivery supervisor closed our account and kicked us out. Tried to speak to customer service that they don't want to help us at all saying that there is no manager available causing us really big Frustration. Called the Sidcup Branch they don't give us to speak to a manager, they just cover each other. How allow these people to manage your branch by choosing the customer that they like and they don't like, this is huge discrimination to our business. Everything happens due to the overload of the orders that the Delivery manager cannot handle and try to kick off customers creating issues in order to be more relaxed. When we asked Harry to pass us to a manager he replied that he has the authority to close any account that he likes. Also their driver was extremely rude to us last Saturday hanging off the phone and then kept not answering so was not possible to understand the arrival time as our restaurant opens three hours after their delivery slot. Also being so frustrated customer service hanged the phone when we ask to speak to a manager.

Fraud company JJ food company have bad products and once you place order they didn’t give good If you order frozen chicken or any other item they always give wring and can’t use once you trying to complete the problem their Maneger asking a lot of questions send pic, who recipe, what time deliver its happen to me 3 time I thought they gonna give good products now ur Hava not got yet Highly recommend for everyone do not to order any products from JJ food

Been told about jj food services sidcup. For some time, got round to getting it sorted , easy to sign up on line browse there web shop , looking for some good burgers and chicken nuggets. Wasn't dissapointed, there steakhouse burgers are 94 % beef, and cook up a treat on the bbq, taste just like the one I pay 6 to £7 for up the road , and the 100% chicken chuck nuggets well at 30 g each you only need 2 to 3 and the kids are stuffed, deep fried there were just like the ones from the local cheinse. Great food , good quality, recommend 100% will be trying out more stuff soon.

Terrible system for collection, supervisors not available to solve problems and scared staff to make common sense decisions! for 3 years was their customer for my restaurant and always make an order and come a bit early as I know I will alwaysbe delayed but they seem not to want customers to find a solution for JJ problems as well so the dash me with a new rule that I can only collect on my time slot and have to set on the floor (as no customer seething) for 2 hours waiting for my time slot watching other customers frustrated waiting after the time slot to pick their orders!!! At least they should give staff the right to make a decision when suitable as they had times setting doing nothing yet scared to print out my order!!

I have had delivered and collected several orders from JJ Foods in the past all without issue. My last order was received with some items in it that had become unusable before their expiry date. JJ Foods gave me a full refund without quibble or question, and were very swift, efficient and polite about it. Great service.

First thing I want to mention is price. Extremely competitive. Delivered on time. Quality was much better than Waitrose. Also was environmentally friendly by not having layers of packing
