this was the first time we ordered from jj foodservice,they arrived when they said they would and they were very friendly. We have found the products we have tried so far have been firstclass and we will be using jj again in the future.

I had an interview on a Monday which went well and later on that evening I was called and told congratulations and if I could come in for an assessment the next day, the next day came and another phone call came in the morning asking if I could attend the assessment earlier than arranged because they had an open time slot, so I went in 1½ earlier and everything went well. Later on that day around 5:40pm I received another phone call congratulating me on also passing the the assessment and that I was offered the job, I was told by the Office Administrator at the Dagenham branch to attend at 9am on Monday 12th September and to bring with me my bank details as there would be paperwork and an induction the whole day with said Office Administrator, then the following day I would go out with a driver and see the job. Two days later I sent an email asking if I was supposed to recive an email as confirmation of the times or to just turn up at 9am? this was just before 2pm. I got a call 10 minutes later telling me that they decided not to give me a job offer, they never had the decency to even contact me ealrier, I asked why and they said the offer was the email and they never sent the email therefore no job offer, even though they gave me a first day itinerary on the phone. Everything I have said here is true and JJ Foodservice could've simply said why, the worst thing is based on that phone call offering a job I cancelled two other interviews/assessments by telling those companies I have found employment elsewhere, I closed those doors and can't go back as told them I already found job....and that is wrong, I understand and accept a company can make whatever decisions they like, however JJ Foodservice are morally bankrupt hence 1 Star for gazumping people and is no different than a person not turning up on the first day of work, terrible behaviour as they seemed genuinely nice people, but there's a saying that the devil comes with a smile I guess.

Very pleased with delivery service for my first order especially as I placed this for the frozen Sidoli orange chocolate cake - delicious. Will definitely order again and try out something new and different.

This was my first order with JJ after recently signing up. The ordering process and app was easy and straightforward. That’s where it ends. On the day I discovered a few missed calls which I later found out was the driver. This was 1.5 hours BEFORE my timeslot. Then the branch called and said the driver is outside can someone receive the delivery. This was not possible, hence the FOUR HOUR timeslot I chose. If you couldn’t deliver in the timeslot YOU offered me, why not call in the morning or day before saying this, or even worst case scenario an hour before arriving - not when you’re outside my shop!!! To make it worse when eventually my staff member arrived at the shop the driver was very rude and confrontational - he even said if you’re this late next time I’ll leave it outside the shutters and go. I can’t wait. Don’t worry JJ there won’t be a next time there are PLENTY of food suppliers in the country supplying at a time and day that suits me.

Great products from JJ Foodservice Ltd. This was my first time ordering from JJ Foodservice Ltd, the products and service were very good. After making a request for an early delivery, my order was delivered at 6.20am. The delivery drivers were discreet, quiet and friendly. All who ate the products enjoyed them.

I used to be a Makro or Costco Girl, spending endless hours in store not to mention the extending queues and slow cashiers. Then I discovered JJ, excellent ease of service. Placed my order and was able to pick up within an hour and also gave me the option of home delivery. I knew what I needed searched and added to my basket without being tempted to purchase items I didn't need.

It was my first visit to JJ Food Services and I was most impressed. The company has World Class standards and must be congratulated on their superb organisation and performance. The website is a pleasure to use, one can search for products easily and place orders without any hassle. The Collection at the Branch (I went to Enfield) is marvellous. You arrive there, show your Order number and in no time you are on your way with the goods. Lastly, I love the prices too. And the quality.

As a first time private customer user I found JJ Foodsevice amazing. First of all I cocked-up the online order placement organising delivery for a day that we would be out. In no time the Customer Service people were on the phone to me and sorted it all out for an appropriate date. Then the delivery could not have been more ‘textbook’. A reminder two days before the delivery date, then another narrowing the window to four hours and then one pinpointing almost the precise minute to expect the Truck’s arrival ! Fish and seafood precisely as ordered and expected. We’ll done.

Maria (warehouse) was very helpful and accommodating and collected my order before collection time. Excellent.

My first ordered delivered on time and I dropped them in my garage. After a while I checked the order and realised that 4 kg of walnut baklavas are missing. I called the driver and he told me that he delivered everything that he has. If there is missing item he suggested me to request refund which I did it and my refund was processed instantly. Later my wife found 4 kg baklavas in our oversized garage. I reported the new development to JJ and ask them either cancel refund process or let me know how to pay. They thanked me because of my honesty and told me that no need to pay. I insisted but they asked me to access them as gift. It was weird but wonderful experience for me. Highly recommended. By the way bakalavas 10 out of 10😊😂

I made an order at JJs for a small barbecue (20 people) and this is just the perfect place to go. I ordered the Signature halal beef burger and the Brook house halal beef sausages - they were absolutely delicious! All of my guests were full of compliments at how delicious the food was. There’s no minimum order which is perfect and the collection was a doddle. Simply select your chosen slot, wait in the car with your order number and your order is brought out to you! I will defo be back

This is completely based on my current experience. I ordered 3 items and paid. The payment has gone through and got the order placement number for collection. When I went for collection out of 3, 1 out of stock. No notification for the out-of-stock item until I received the invoice from the counter staff. Took 4 days for a refund. I tried again to order online, added the item in the basket, and double-check with the customer service team to make sure it is available. They replied it will only let you if the stock is available. But, again got my collection number, and when I went for collection the same out-of-stock message from the counter staff. Last Wednesday I ordered my 2nd attempt and still no refund on my 2nd order. This is completely misleading the customer. Even though getting a good offer from JJ we are losing money on transport. Plan not to order online and directly visit the store for future shopping. :(

1st time visit to JJ Foodservice - was provided support by Dee on best way to order & collect. collected item at allocated date and time, we had a missing item from the warehouse - contacted customer service this morning (Dee) who explained the refund process. Thank you Dee you were very helpful
