Been in the food industry a few years and seen jj food vans out and about but never visited the Web site. I have a bookers card and have used them in the past but thought I would have a look here and see what's what. Simple easy registration form 👌

Just wish ballerina tinned plum tomatoes came in standard tin sizes. Once opened they go off on the day.

Even though the wrong product was delivered, customer service spoke to me as if i was bothering them and refuse to correct the mistake because although the product is still in its bag packaging, it can not be return without the box. Lesson out of this is to NOT salvage a (frozen) wrong delivery and instead leave it out to waste. They will rather pick up a wasteful product than a frozen still in its packaging.

I'm 12 year customer they are always changing the online payment options to save money, they have currently got a bank transfer option that's absolutely rubbish they said it will give me a discount and haven't, the instructions were very difficult to follow and now has blocked my bank account.

I find the website awful to use at the best of times but now I find that I cannot browse it properly to find products, my screen is blocked out either with requsts for my location although I am logged in or demands I book a collection although I have a delivery booked. I have made several requests for access to the site to finish my order in time for my delivery but the only response I have had is a rude request that I must book a delivery although they are fully aware I have already done so. A bit worried about what will turn up on my doorstep in the end if they have started to abuse me like this online. Really peculiar behaviour. Ensuring they have adequate server resources to cater for customers would pay off but they prefer playing stupid games, hard to understand why.

Poor customer service from Head office London . No help

After my awful experience with the halal meat and my previous review, the customer service team at JJ's requested further information. I provided them with this over a week ago, but still have not heard back! It seems no one really cares!

JJ foodservice LTD may be the only one who knows the location of a chicken cemetery somewhere in the UK and every night they go there to rob the grave and package it to sell it to unsuspecting customers. I don't think they get their meat from any abattoir or butcher because the meat is almost always bad, Discoloured and foul-smelling. On average if we order 6 packets of chicken thigh meat, 2 (20 KG) will be off and the smell is so so so bad that our kitchen will stink for hours and we have to bin it because it is not fit for humans consumption or any living being for that matter. This happens every time we order and I am sick of it, I am sick of complaining because it happens all the time. I have stopped ordering meat from them altogether. I don't advise anyone to order meat products, especially chicken thigh meat from them, for everything else they are good and always on time.
