My son has been shopping with them for a year now and the people who has been delivery the product were always very friendly and had good customer service but for the last two weeks they have sent two different people. One of them his name is Morgan if that's his name,on both occasion he has been very rude, he has a bad attitude and very argumentative and not a nice person and refuses to bring the stuff in, the other one is very friendly and helpful but this time he didn't bring the stuff in as Morgan told him not to.

Rubbish food, rubbish product, more expensive than supermarket. My advise is keep away

Great company to deal with. Been using them since March 2020. Use to bulk buy provisions, had both self raising and plain flour when nobody else could supply, loo rolls, washing powder, detergent, will definitely carry on using one lockdown ends!!

Their fresh vegetables could do with improving but other than that its all good. Drivers are nice and polite. Prices are good with some discounts when paying by credit card. No loyalty discount which would be good. Have been shopping with them for 15 years. Still 5 Stars though.

I ordered the fresh mango for the whole case, from the date delivery to me , the first mango I peeled, it was rotten inside about half of mango had gone black so I had thrown away, then pick the second one with hoping it will be good. It was the same rotten as the first one. I picked the third one and the skin was bruised already. By the look of it, won’t be nice inside so I decide to call JJ, the staff said it’s the policy for fresh food, you must return in 24 hrs, it seems like I have to force myself to eat the mango wothin24 hrs!!. How do you tell that fresh mango with beautiful skin and large like that would be rotten inside. One is okay but three I don’t think the rest of them will be good. So I paid £8.00 for the whole case (7 of them) I can’t even enjoy the mango. I wasted £8.00 for it and JJ do not want to know.

If I could use ZERO stars I would rate them with ZERO. Last Saturday I have ordered 100 packets of dry yeast and made the payment online. Someone called me Sunday night around 8p.m. When I called back the operator said they are not working during the weekend so I thought must be kind of mistake. Monday I made my way to JJs store in Leeds and travelled nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I went there they only gave me 5 packets.... There wasn’t any limit on their web site as well. Wasted half of my day to deal with them. On top of that they said they haven’t charged me the money but I’m still waiting for £349 refund. Defiantly won’t step back there again. I will make sure none of my take and restaurant owner friends are not going. Cowboy customer service

Excellent customer service at Enfield branch been a customer for many years and jjs never fail to impress over the years I have recommended every one I no carry on going with the service guys.
