To get through to Sidcup branch customer service is terrible experienceon the phone. I always do collection. I dont understand why the staff give the wrong items..the staff replace it with a different item without asking the customer ..very unprofessional. A very rude female manager came to solve my query..she was not helpful at all. Very poor service..

First time ordering and received every item. Delivery time was as stated and kept receiving communication to let me know when was dispatched and then 30min notification of when it would arrive. My only gripe was my kismet premium donner kebab cooked meat is stuck together and difficult to break up. Every other item was perfect and taste so much better than the supermarkets and in my opinion it's restaurant quality and we're all enjoying the mini fillets, chicken burgers, beef burgers and chicken doner to go with their perfect naan breads and burger buns. The chips are great and chicken nuggets also. Could just fit in the new chest freezer but only just, so I wish I purchased another size. Overall the products are great and communication and delivery also great. My GF loved the premium doner meat but not sure whether to order again as was stuck together, hopefully this was only a one off. Will definitely order again and try different products aswell but need to wait a few weeks for the chest freezer to lower. Great company thank you

My first order with JJ Foodservice Limited, my husband absolutely loves Pukka pasties and could not find any shops that sold them, he was so upset, a friend told him about this company, so I registered online with JJ Foodservice, you can register as a company or person, so I did person, it wasn't difficult to register, I found the Pukka pasties on this site and ordered straight away, plus some hash browns which I love, you are given a slot for collection, my son picked them up for us from our nearest JJ Foodservice company, my husband was so happy, smiling from ear to ear, he said these are the best pasties ever, our local Percy Ingle's bakery has closed which sold tasty pasties, my husband shopped there weekly for his pastie and sat on a bench by the village green eating his pastie, hence his depression when he couldn't get Pukka pasties or a Percy Ingle pastie, so a big thank you to JJ Foodservice (((big smile))))

This company doesn’t take seriously the health public ! There delivers for frozen and chilled food they are not transported in a appropriate way, the food that should be frozen , comes defrosted and the chilled food , especially the fresh meat doesn’t have the right temperature when arrives! If you try to make a complaint they will blame you for there mistakes! They never get in serious any complaints that’s why I’ve decided to not order from this company again and I’m trying to advise other shops/restaurants to be careful as they playing with people health.

I first used JJ Foods when lockdown begun some time ago. I could not get an online food delivery anywhere, and due to my girlfriend having severe asthma I did not want to risk going to the shop. I have been using this wonderful company ever since and have recommended them to many friends and family also. Every order has been delivered by or before the time stated. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. Happy to support a business that is ethical and provided me with such help during a hard time. Thank you for the great service and keep up the great work!

Hi there I am still waiting for the refund regarding the product which was delivered in a,very bad condition. This Friday same again some eggs broken and the croissants defrost....

Please avoid this company. This really is not funny as it is truly fraudulent what this business is up to. Totally selling goods that are not as advertised. I ordered Spanish oranges as website promoted. I was sent boxes of Egyptian oranges. They claimed they did not know. Boxes are covered in Egypt all over. Egypt is on very large labels on the box also along with big print of Egypt all over boxes. Website stills sells oranges saying Spanish even though customer service says they do not have Spanish oranges in stock and won't have any? Fruit sold here is extremely rotten. Black spots, lots of fluffy mould, and whole soft wet totally mouldy produce. Absolutely reeks. Live spider in one box as I removed an orange. All now binned. The smell in apartment is still bad. Also bought cake from here. Very bad taste. Rock hard and dry. This is not a chocolate gateau. Gateau is moist. Disgusting. Went into bin after trying. Food here is well overpriced too. All normal supermarkets are much, much cheaper. Do not waste time and money here.

Order was delieverd on time and I had updates of arrival. Only downfall was the chicken breast and thigh I ordered smelt a bit funny. Not good quality

JJ Food service give their customers an excellent service with next day guaranteed delivery. The quality of the food is exemplary and very good value. During the pandemic lockdown they were a crucial service when supermarkets could not deliver, and come highly recommended.
