Awful, broke a ceiling light whilst delivering a mirror. Sort of laughed and muttered sorry then was rushing me to the the delivery note so they could scarper. Spoke to someone on the phone who ask if I wanted compensation or to leave it . . . Said they would email me over the weekend, that was 3 weeks ago. Have sent numerous emails with no reply.
What a refreshing change to open the door to 2 very polite delivery men . Carried parcel in the house for me instead of dumping it outside with no smile just a sign here attitude . Excellent customer service from a professional caring team
