Excellent service delivering a mirror from JL and taking away the old, damaged one, for which they reused the new mirrors packaging and which they did much more efficiently than I would have. Had a courtesy call 45 mins before delivery. Couldn't have been better.
Shocking level of customer service. Was meant to have a bed delivered, was called with less than 24 hours notice to say it was being delivered the next day between 8-11. We had active tracking to say we were next to be delivered to. Delivery never appeared. Stayed in all day to wait for it. Tried calling the mobile number provided multiple times, no response. Never received a single phone call from the delivery team asking how to find my house. Yet to receive any contact from the company to apologise and arrange further delivery. Its now been 4 days, called multiple times and emailed multiple times with no response. Selling company managed to get through to them at one point, they were told someone would call them back with more details, but of course this never happened. Disgraceful. Remains to be seen if I'll ever receive my bed.
Shocking experience I was told my item would be delivered from the 26th to the 29th waited in for 3 days it’s still not arrived.The tracking number given doesn’t work .Why give a tracking number that doesn’t exist ? Why give a time frame that hasn’t been met .Will never use again .
Shocking service. Took time off from work to receive the delivery and they failed to show. Poor communication…would definitely never use again!

Great delivery and assembly of a bed I had ordered. The gentlemen were very quick in assembling it and I was happy that they called me 15 minutes before they arrived which is a nice touch. I was very happy with the service I received.
