Excellent service, although I had no notification when my mirror would be delivered, it arrived just after 9pm on Sunday evening, what a lovely surprise
Nightmare courier. No information to track my package. The seller emailed to say my item would be delivered July 31- Aug 1. It did not come. The tracking information was not working, I emailed the seller to say and try to find out when my package was coming. He gave me the number for JBS. When I finally got a hold of the courier, he told me my package was scheduled for Aug 3rd. I said I would not be home then as I was expecting it on the 1st. He said that he’d not sent me any information as to delivery day so why did I think it was coming on the 1st. I said the seller said. Anyway, this went back and forth for awhile and I needed to get the seller involved as the courier was not helpful. The seller sorted the delivery day for Saturday Aug 5th. The package came. The seller states quite clearly that the item needs to be checked on delivery and if it is damaged, refuse delivery so the item can come back for a replacement. The delivery men said they would bring the item in then I sign and they go, I said I need to check the item first or I would not sign, they said they will not deliver it then. This went on for 10 minutes with them calling their office to no answer and I showing the email in which the seller states the delivery company is under contract to allow the buyer to check the goods for damage before accepting delivery. The delivery men made to leave so I jumped on their truck and opened my package to check it. All was good and I and my partner carried the item off the truck to the house and then I signed. This could have all taken 2-3 minutes but took 15 minutes. Crazy.

I bought my mirror, when I arrived and went to open the box it came all broken on the sides. I'm trying to call the store number and no one answers, for several times. I send an email, no one responds.
Delivery men were very helpful and respectful of my home. They phoned to tell me they would arrive in 20 minutes and on arrival they were careful bringing my large headboard into my home. Excellent service.
Delivery was on the notified day. . Product was well packaged and in excellent condition. Driver called an hour before delivery. Both staff were friendly and professional. Excellent.

Item seems well made and looks good. One of the delivery guys was rude and just dumped the item and left. As far as I’m concerned it’s all part of the same purchase.

The mirror was fabulous. The communication was automated and regular. Delivery after order was quick. The delivery driver called me to give me an approx arrival time which was great. The delivery driver also unwrapped the mirror to check it was ok before leaving which I think was a really nice finishing touch to a lovely process. I would highly recommend this company.

Things that were good: Communication, delivered precisely at the time given in the tracking. Things that were not good: The box containing the product was dropped about 50 cm whilst being removed from the van. Thankfully there was no damage. In reality the box was too big/ heavy for one person.
Contacted me via several routes to establish a delivery date. Phoned me when half hour away and when arrived. Three big parcels. Young chap picked up a 20kg well packed mirror into my house like he was lifting a paperback. Very polite.
