Worst customer service in my entire online order experience. My order was ready weeks ago, but the delivery team was horrible with communication and when they finally delivered after 6 weeks, they were 45mins late and were rude and arrogant.

JBS picked up our order from supplier on Thursday, 4 very large and heavy boxes arrived at my home in central Scotland on Sunday, the 2 delivery guys were spot on, carried the boxes to the room I needed them in. Excellent service all round.
Informed the company that we would not be home , and to leave the unit in the summerhouse. Came home and its lying on the grass in the pouring rain . Haven't opened it yet to see if it's damaged

The mirror I ordered was delivered by JBS, previous delivery by UPS was broken twice. JBS delivered with care and kept me informed by email once they were engaged by the vendor. Excellent service.
Great quality. Easy to assemble. Looks absolutely fab in my kitchen I love it! Delivery was also very quick and was given a time slot so I wasn't waiting in all day. I Have already recommended.

Delivery on time.they call me 30 min before they arrive on delivery day they are very nice and gentle excellent service thank you.
They delivered to my house, but both drivers can clearly see I was on my own. When I asked them can they help me take items upstairs . Clear answer was NO from younger male. Looks like there isn't any more gentleman's around these days. I wanted only their little help but at the end I need it to struggle to drug upstairs those heavy boxes by myself.
I had 3 phone calls & I emailed to let them know I would not be home till 12-30 because of work but they insisted for a time of 07:30-10:30 & told the furniture company that they tried to deliver & I wasn’t home so wanted £40 I had to have my neighbour receive the furniture at 11-15 because obviously they don’t work after mid day
Excellent 5* service, communication throughout the whole journey to Svotland and a call that they would be with me soon. Not one thing to complain about. Delivery crew were polite and courteous and on time. 10/10
I ordered my mirror, and was contacted with regards to confirming a delivery date. I was kept informed by email with the details of my delivery. On the day of my delivery, the delivery man contacted me to let me know that he would be with me shortly. He was very polite, and delivered my package where instructed. My package was delivered securely. I’m extremely pleased with the company. Thank you all.
Bought a new bike and for delivery they use a simply appalling company called JBS. I bought the bike on Monday 24th July and JBS notified me on 25th July to say they had received the bike. I emailed them by return to say the bike could not be delivered on the Friday or Saturday of that week as we were away at a wedding. On the Friday as I drove to the wedding JBS called to say they were delivering the bike on Saturday 29th. I reiterated to them that I had tried to call them and had emailed them a couple of times regards delivery. They wanted to leave a £3300 bike at an unattended house for two days. I told them they couldn't. As far as they were concerned this was me cancelling delivery even though I had told them days before that they couldn't deliver. There then followed radio silence from JBS. I tried to call over 40 times and they never answered the phone. I emailed numerous times and they never replied. Eventually I had to go back to the retailer to get the matter resolved. Eventually they did and the bike was delivered on 7th August.
Outstanding service. Kept us up to date with the status of our delivery. Very pleased with the television unit. It is exactly as described and what we were expecting. Delivery drivers were also exceptional
Ordering my new unit was great, nice and easy no problem at all. I received an email to let me know that on the 6th August my delivery will arrive between 1pm and 7pm which was fine. However 10pm driver arrived who was very arrogant , decided that he was leaving my delivery at the main entrance door. Told me that under no circumstances was he coming into the building and then proceeded to tell me that I was not going to be able to lift the boxes either. And he left. I had to ask my older neighbour to help me with the boxes. This was very unexpected and disappointing.
Great service from beginning to delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mirror rang 30 minutes before to let us know he was nearly at our house. He was a lovely man who checked to make sure the mirror was ok. Mirror great quality. Just what I wanted. Highly recommend
