I was updated with delivery times, and given an option to reschedule if date was not convenient. My mattress was delivered in a timely manner and with great care it was placed on the bed frame. I'm very happy with this purchase and the service provided was excellent. Thank you

The two men delivered my mattress. They phoned to say they would be 30 minutes. They could not find my address, I directed them. They did not want to take my mattress although I had paid for it to be removed and then they left leaving the mattress on my bed womplete with the plastic still on it. I am 79 years old with back problems and will have to sleep with the plastic on until I can get someone to remove it. Not a happy bunny.
They were running bit late but let me know. Very helpful and carried heavy packages right inside for me and placed them. Hardworking and meticulous.

I had an expensive sideboard delivered and was very disappointed. The two men were very unhelpful. Was given delivery time of 8 to 11, they arrived 11.40mins. No explaination or apology. Spoke very little English, when I asked if they unpacked he simply replied 'no' I asked if they took packaging, he replied 'no'. He then took three photos of it, had a conversation that i couldn't understand with the other man and swiftly left. Sideboard was upside down as well which I'm not sure was their doing or not but very disappointed with the whole experience

My mattress turned up today. The delivery guys were great and placed it in the room I asked for. But delivery took longer than expected I ordered it on Monday 27th Jan and received today (6th). I was also told I would get a 1 hour time slot on the day but it was 3 hours. I then emailed and they said they don't offer this but I was definitely told that on the phone. The man on the confirmation call told me this. Anyway it was reduced from £519 but it has the quality of a budget mattress. It has the same pattern and feel of my current budget mattress so I'm not to impressed.
I was very disappointed that the two delivery guys weren’t more helpful I had already removed the old mattress from the base & was hoping they would remove the packaging & put the New Mattress on the bed base for me but they weren’t prepared to do that for me . I am a 74 yr old pensioner so it was hard for me . I had to do it myself as I needed to sleep in the bed . The mattress itself is beautiful. Thank you . Sheila Russell

Fantastic service from the two delivery drivers from JBS Midland! They arrived on time, called ahead to ensure I knew scheduled time, were polite, professional, and took great care delivering and assembling my table and chairs beautifully. The attention to detail was evident, and they left everything neat and tidy. While I had to dispose of the packaging myself, their excellent workmanship and courteous approach made up for it. Highly recommend!
