Fantastic experience with this company. They called ahead to confirm they had the goods and the delivery date, then again with a time frame on the day. On the day of arrival, they brought the item in and opened it so I could check it wasn't damaged before signing it off. Very friendly drivers and an exceptional service!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Order #1218 The delivery service took over 6 weeks to collect my order from lush interiors and then I had to hassle the courier company into making sure that the delivery time is soon. Now that finally 7 weeks later the couriers delivered it they also damaged the items which they won’t even pick up on the same day as they are still in the area to be available to pick it up again and in that way I am actually doing you guys a favour so you don’t need to come back and forth, now the damaged item needs to be picked up as well as a replaced one needs to be delivers as soon as possible as I am running under a schedule which I did allow 7 extra weeks for delivery. This is unacceptable as the delivery company actually damaged the items whilst it got here. As this is a big company the basic job of it being delivered in once piece should be expected of the company however the bar is very low for this company to be able to do their basic job. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service of this company and will never order again from a company that has the couriers of JBS.
I have been really impressed by the service provided by Furniture in Fashion(FIF). When attempting to source a ceramic Coffee Table Set, and Nest of Tables which matched my existing Dining Table, a local retailer, and also several online traders, advised me that if the items were not in stock, they could not be re-ordered. However, when I contacted FIS, they advised that they could source the items by contacting the Danish Supplier directly, and in the space of only a few weeks, this is exactly what they did. Once the items were in their stock room, I received detailed email instructions explaining what the delivery process would be, and also identifying that the designated Courier was JBS Home Delivery Ltd (JBS). Three days prior to delivery, JBS sent a text message advising that a delivery slot of 7.00am – 10am had been allocated, and a simple text reply confirmed my acceptance. On the evening before the delivery date, I received a telephone call from JBS advising that the items would be delivered at 7.00am the next day, and at that time I received a further call advising that they would be at my home address in 5 minutes; at 7.08am, the items were delivered as agreed. Overall, I cannot fault the service provided by FIF and JBS, and therefore have no hesitation in recommending both companies.

Driver delivered my mirror on time, called me 30 minutes prior. Brought the mirror up a flight of stairs to my room of choice and even unboxed for me. Exceptional service!
Delivered my new bed, driver was friendly, was a bit late however he did phone me to say he would be late due to accident on the motorway.

Ordered a mirror a few weeks back but sadly it was broken in transit but that's mirrors on the move for you, accidents to happen. They were very apologetic and took it back straight away. I then spoke with a lovely lady from the mirror shop who despatched a new for me straight away. As I live in South Wales I knew it would not be next day delivery, but JBS had delivered in about a week. They were very informative in letting me know my delivery and rang 20 mins before to let me know they will be there shortly. I am very pleased as the young guy was polite and very helpful bringing into my living room and even opening it for me to make sure all was good which it was. People I think need to sometimes realise they are making a living for themselves and their families and we know they can't please everyone. We would be quick to moan if they just left it at the door and let us carry it in..but NO they are kind enough to even bring it in. Again with ordering you have some idea of delivery time scale so if you know roughly when it's coming make arrangements in ready! They said my first order 5 to 10 days 9 days later I had a phone call to say it was being delivered the next day....as what was expected!! Again I know some people will have some bad experiences but give them a chance and most of all ...be kind!

Excellent service. Prior notification of time window one day before. Then again half hour before, on the day. Driver very helpful and co-operative, while taking care of the product. Parcel opened for product approval (no damage noted) photos taken etc. Very professional and timely delivery.
