Apart from a problem with the first delivery I cannot fault Heatons on being extremely helpful in rectifying the issue,which was with the delivery company employed by them not Heatons themselves.Sofa was of a good quality and a reasonable price.Quite happy with my purchase now.

The delivery guys were very good. Polite and took care when delivering my sofa.

Delivery was brilliant let us know when and between times. On the day rang us to say they would be with us within the hour. Unit is lovely, Had a further delivery due to replacement part needed. Again delivery was the same. Cannot fault this company . Delivered 26th Feb 2025. Replacement part arrived 8th March 2025. Great service thank you

Very prompt and polite service by two guys. They were respectful and delivered to the room upstairs. I was kept up to date with timings and was rung 30 minutes before delivery. I would recommend the service.

Dumped sofa in the foyer after agreeing 2 man delivery to the property door.

Delivery chaps found my flat ok, as I live in an area that's very difficult to find They were very good and im so pleased with their prompt and efficient way of working. The job was completed in about 10 minutes including bringing the mattress up a flight of 14 stairs,as well as taking the old one away. Great job guys, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new mattress 😁

An efficient excellent service. Company kept me updated with emails advising when the delivery could be expected. They also called to confirm this with me.
