The delivery takes 12 to 15 days to Scotland it says on the furniture website...which is okay. Then after only 7 days I got a text around 11am saying we can deliver today and I replied yes okay. So I waited all day and nothing. Then at 8.45pm the doorbell rings...it was JBS with 3 heavy parcels...sorry were late we had a puncture/flat tyre coming back down from Aberdeen...and the two of them were still cheerful. I said 'where are you off to now'....'Back to Birmingham' one of the men said...can't fault the service...Brilliant. The TV unit is great too.
The delivery drives themselves were very friendly but the company was awful. They were often rude over the phone, they changed my delivery dates last minute and consistently failed to give notice of delivery like I had been promised by them. Overall very poor customer service.

Delivery was arranged via a phone call afew days before. I then had a phone call on the day half an hour before delivery arrived. The delivery men were very pleasant and offered to help open the box for me and check for any damages before signing. Very helpful! Thank you!
My star rating is for the actual delivery. Communication is poor. I received an email on Friday 10th November at 12.21pm advising my delivery date was Sunday 12th. Unfortunately, my reply to accept this date was sent at 5.35pm. I received no further communication until 7pm on Sunday 12th when the driver texted me to say they were outside my property so had no idea whether the mirror was coming or not. I presume my experience is because my delivery acceptance email was sent after close of business on Friday. JBS: maybe consider tweaking your procedures so that customers receive a text from the driver for weekend deliveries.
To be very clear the drivers were excellent it’s the actual company that’s the problem. Period they said no communication other than a cryptic email and text message with zero timeline of any kind. Lost an entire day waiting with no ability to communicate with them. The number they give never gets answered, and it’s the company that’s the problem. Employees are great, courteous and wonderful but it’s JBS they aren’t doing the basic fundamentals on a delivery. Just terrible.

Delivered on time by courteous chap who asked if I would like to un-box the mirror to check if OK. Usually delivery people are moving off as fast as possible, probably because of unrealistic schedules. Would recommend this delivery company.
5* delivery service! Had a mirror delivered today. The delivery guy unpacked the mirror to make sure that there was no damage. Was kept up to date throughout the process with delivery time scales and received a call When they were 15 minutes away. Excellent!

Beautiful mirrors ordered and are fab quality . The delivery service was exceptional. 2 emails confirming delivery date and time , followed by a call 40 mins before arrival . Once arrived the two very nice delivery chaps , unpacked the mirrors for us to check any damage . Can’t recommend them enough
Flatpacked wardrobe delivered successfully on a dark stormy night. Two fellows brought it in to hallway for us. They were only a few minutes past the time slot, which impressed us, considering the weather and lack of street lighting in our neighbourhood. Well done!

I ordered a large coffee table from Furniture in Fashion. I received an email from JBS to confirm they had collected my order and would be in touch to organise delivery. I received a phone call to organise delivery date and time. My coffee table was delivered this morning on time and I found the guys to be very pleasant. Absolutely fantastic service.
