Was advised by telephone that delivery would be next day ! No choice ! Delivery would be between 5 and 7 pm again no choice. Mirror arrived 8.30 pm with no explanation of delay and no chance to open package and examine mirror before delivery guy was out of door.
Why would you go to all the trouble of sending out a mirror when the damage was blatantly there in the middle of the top of the frame. When we checked elsewhere the white flaking on the left hand foot was where it had obviously been dropped and the left foot was actually broken off
The delivery drivers where rude, unhelpful and late.

Excellent communication from the start, very pleased! Would have been even better if they hadn’t have refused to take the heavy item upstairs for me but I understand it’s probably due to insurance issues. Polite delivery guys

Dropped off my mirror from the online mirror shop, they were very nice, careful and took it upstairs for me. Did a final quality check to make sure the mirror was not damaged and left.

i am on the first floor and the rest of my furniture was delivered by other companies appropriately but these monkeys just want to dump and run! the first lot didnt want to assemble as they were supposed to, and the second lot just dumped large boxes that as a single women i would not have been able to move, in the doorway of the groundfloor tenants! i couldn,t even close the door. They threatened to take the delivery away if i didnt want it left in the hallway of someone else's property! DISGRACEFUL representation of Indian workers!!!!!!!

Great delivery service👏🏽👏🏽 the representative called me 30 mins to the delivery address to inform me he would be there soon. He was polite and patient. Great job. He checked everything was ok and I was happy with the delivery before leaving. He didn’t rush or make me feel like he had better things to do.
