JBS delivered my mirror from the Online Mirror Shop after the previous delivery company dumped it and ran leaving me with a broken and battered mirror. I was kept informed throughout and the delivery was on time with a courteous and very helpful driver. He unpacked the mirror for me so we could make sure all was well. Can't fault them!

Delivery was perfect. The two lads on the van carried every piece in and put them tidily against my wall. Being disabled that was a great help. Well done boys. Delivery was today to CF32 as I didn’t get their names.

Absolutely terrible. Communication: numerous calls, impossible to understand due to poor English language skills of the delivery person; then numerous text messages written in very informal and unprofessional way. Lack of understanding of UK addresses: required explanation through text of what 3F1 means, and to "third floor, door on the left. In other words flat 10" responded "What room?" and ended up waiting in front of building (!) 10. Delivery: left the large desk on the ground floor despite written instructions saying "hallway delivery", I assume partially because of poor language skills again, and not pure laziness - hallway is the hallway of my flat. Why on earth are delivery people paid to deliver when they do not deliver the package to the destination but leave it mid way? Is it really expected of customers, possibly unable to lift heavy parcels, to carry their things themselves?

Excellent customer service. Even though there was a delay in delivery from the manufacturers, I was told immediately of the delay and kept updated regularly on the progress. The delivery was booked in with us in advance and turned up on time. Would recommend. Can’t fault them. Thank you.
My delivery driver was incredibly conscientious, bringing the large package in, carefully and not messily opening it to review the extra large mirror and ensure I was happy. He was also kind enough to put his phone down quickly and ask whether I wanted to move from where I was stood before he took the photo of the delivery, since it was an unfortunate angle on the floor!! Very efficient, lots of contact before delivery. I don't normally leave reviews, but had to on this occasion.

I was not given a 3 hour slot as advised the day before, I was not too worried as advised that I could track my order this was not the case, I emailed the carrier for an update I am still waiting on an answer also tried calling the phone number given to be advised could not connect after waiting in for over 5 hrs with no contact in desperation I contacted the company that I bought the goods from they did come back to me to advise I was 16th delivery of the day and would be around 6pm, the driver only contacted myself at 5.30 pm to say will be with me in around a hour they did not announce who they were delivering on behalf of when I asked they advised ‘ did not understand’ I was left feeling that I would not get my delivery the delivery did go ahead at 6.20 the drivers were nice 11.5 hrs wait for a delivery that took a maximum of 10 minutes as not communication not great

The mirror that I ordered was very large and did not fit in the lift. The delivery men kindly carried it up four flights of stairs to the fourth floor where I live. That was so kind of them and much appreciated.
The packaging wasn't taken away leaving me to dispose of giant cardboard. The two man team only moved it to hallway not into my ground floor lounge. Disappointing service.
