I requested 24 hrs notice for my delivery which they accommodated and provided a 3 hr window. Received a call on day, 1 hr from delivery. Really nice delivery man who offered to open up parcel ( which I declined) to check contents. Very respectful gentleman. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, called to arrange delivery date with me, provided a 3hr slot for the day and then called 40mins before arrival.

Email states you get a call or email with delivery information.nothing came got a call saying they were outside (Sunday night at 7:30 pm ).wasn’t in did not know they were coming.i called Monday to be told your item with be delivered tomorrow, then at 4pm on Tuesday I got a call to say no your item with be delivered Wednesday.communication could be better

Great communication advising when they would arrive and then calling 45 mins prior to arriving. Brought all packaging into the home, making sure everything was there.

Great communication was updated on a ETA earlier in the day, which was as accurate. I did feel for the delivery driver though because he was alone and I was advised it was a 2 man delivery. He did a grand job though and brought the boxes inside for us. Great service.

Excellent Service Regular updates on progress prior to delivery, including 30min alert on the day. Very curtious JBS personnel, who also inspected the order in front of me before requesting a delivery signature. Overall I was very impressed

The delivery was on time, and the team were very professional. Goods delivered undamaged and brought inside the property for me.

The delivery was done on time, but the delivery gentlemen refused to put the furniture in the designated room that was empty , instead it was placed in the passage way blocking all access to the main entrance and the toilet , we however informed them that it was risky for the tenants as the passage way was blocked, They informed us that its against their company policy to put the furniture in rooms. This was a hazard as the residents are all vulnerable individuals. however after much persuasion one of the gentlemen assisted to push the furniture into the lounge area by himself while his colleague went off.

I cannot rave enough about the service & quality of product! Rakaj was so sweet & helpful! He went above & beyond to make sure I was happy with the mirror I ordered & even carried it up 4 flights of stairs for me! 10/10 I am so happy!!

Communication pre delivery excellent - drivers very respectful and polite. Even took their shoes off to place the parcels in my hallway. I have already contacted my supplier to praise this company as their service was refreshing and well worth recommending.

Company called the day before and told me my delivery would be here by 8am. Nobody came. I called them and was told 8:50am however I’d already told them I wouldn’t be home between 8:20-9:30am due to school run. delivery drivers agreed to wait for me until 9:30. At 9:10am they called me and asked if they could leave it outside bearing in mind it’s wet today and it’s a 2 person delivery (heavy) I said no. I came home to it sitting on the wet ground outside. The box smelt disgusting when arrived & had soaked through. The furniture in itself smells, unsure why. It’s gross. I’ve come to inspect the item and there’s damage all over it. Scratches and dents. The holes don’t match up to screw the legs in. All in all £150 wasted. Absolutely disgusted.

Really good communication about the delivery ahead of time and then delivery was on time on the day. Can’t really ask for more than that.
