Good customer service and delivery. The Order was a little delayed, but my email was answered quickly & they chased up delivery for me & came back with a date & time. Product was as expected & very pleased with their service.

Start to finish the process was an absolute joke, firstly paid for delivery and assembly of a bed, delivery was fine however upon delivery they had not been provided any bolts to secure the headboard together so wanted to leave the delivery and sign for it as all perfect, rang lush interiors to query which I was told “that isn’t my problem” and can you go and buy the bolts to assembly yourself and we will refund the assembly, after numerous discussions they did return approx a week later to assemble the bed however damaged two side panels of the bed, which they noted down, since have queried with lush interiors and yet to receive a response

Great customer service all through delivery. Delivery came before time and items were good standard. I'll recommend them to anyone.

Once the package arrived the courier was so helpful and unpacked for us to make sure all was well with large mirror . Just took longer to deliver than expected but it is Xmas .

Delivered a large mirror for me. Great comms throughout, even moving the delivery window by half an hour to accommodate me. Handled the package carefully, and were friendly and helpful.

Waited in all day for mirror to be delivered. A little more communication would of been appreciated as they didn't arrive until 5.30pm. Rang and emailed during the day for update, on estimated delivery time. No-one answered phone / email. I appreciate guys are busy, update would of been good !!! On delivery of product guy entered house not very polite, opened mirror took picture to show no damage. left rubbish of packaging in living room also foot prints of mud stained shoes on cream carpet. Not happy

Very happy with the service, I ended up having to do a nightshift and finished an hour before the delivery window started. I fell asleep and when they arrived woke up and got them to leave it on my landing as I would take to long getting myself into gear and get dressed etc. So all went to plan and I'm happy with the product I bought too. Good work!

The company contacted us as soon as they had our item and kept us updated on delivery times, the item was delivered earlier than we expected which was great, called 10mins before arrival to allow us to be ready for collection, can’t fault anything, excellent service throughout.

I found this company very frustrating to deal with. The delivery guys themselves were great but communication with the office was shocking. I called 5 times over several days before someone answered the phone. All my emails went unanswered. I was given notice regarding delivery the day before, with no idea of times or tracking whatsoever. It felt like dealing with a delivery company 20 years ago. I will not be using again.

Possibly the worst delivery company I have experienced. They don’t answer email or the phone, instead they persistently call telling you that a slot is booked for the following day - whether or not you are available for this. It has taken nearly a month for my furniture to be delivered, and I only managed to sort this as I called the manufacturer to get them to intervene. This was also after sitting at home for a confirmed appointment that was a no show from the delivery drivers, and a frustrating day trying to track them down. The men who finally turned up on another day didn’t call or message before hand (I was told they would do this) and as a result couldn’t find their way into the building (new development) finally delivering a package with a battered box and smelling damp I expect it had been sat in their van for the duration of the time that I had been trying to arrange delivery. If you have the choice, ask the furniture manufacturer to use another company as these are awful.

The company were very flexible re. a delivery date as no one was in for the first 2 dates given. Product delivered on time and I received a call when they were 15 minutes away. All in all; an excellent service

The company kept me updated once they had collected my item from the supplier. After giving me my time slot the day before, I received a text 30 mins before delivery (very handy as it was before 7.30am and gave me time to get out of bed!). The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. He unpacked my delivery (a mirror) to check all was ok and helped me move it. All done very quickly. Thank you

We received 2 bases and no table top They come and collected the extra base the following day and have said it can take up to 14 days to receive the table top!! We are now left without a table for Christmas

Terrible company. Short text notice of delivery the next morning. Waited in for 5 hours on the expected day and no delivery. I couldn’t accept a delivery the following day as I was away, so was then put back into a 5 day turnaround wait to hear back when the next delivery date will be. 15 days after ordering an item from Debenhams I still have no idea when I will receive my goods. Will never use Debenhams or this company for delivery again.
