We had a mirror delivered by JBS recently. Right on-time, two very polite and helpful delivery people - could not have gone better. Quite a contrast, incidentally, with another furniture delivery we had at exactly the same time.

When arranging delivery date with the office it was agreed, I asked if the items could be delivered to a different address. I was told yes no problem, just ask the driver when they arrive On the morning of delivery, I was told they couldn't deliver to a different location because there was no instruction to do so on their paperwork. There was no reply at the office when I tried to speak to them. They insisted on leaving the 7 heavy items in my small living room.
