*Update: I received a call within 2 hours of the mirror being delivered, and the personal customer service attempt to correct the issue went far. Thank you. Mistakes happened - glad JBS went out their way to try help subsequently. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I recently received from JBS. I had ordered a large, heavy wall mirror from an online retailer and was thoroughly infuriated when the JBS delivery team refused to bring the packaged mirror beyond my hallway. When I placed my order, the retailer asked for measurements of my stairs and hallway to ensure delivery would be possible directly to my front door. This set the expectation that JBS would bring the mirror inside. However, upon arrival, the team said it was only a "hallway delivery" and they would go no further. Additionally, the delivery team was dismissive, non-communicative, and unapologetic about the contradictory delivery information from the retailer which set expectations differently. I cannot recommend JBS.

On time as promised and careful with a glass mirro would highly recommend

Nav & Tanveer delivered two mirrors today. They kept me informed of timings and were on time and all packaging was in 1st class condition - so full marks to them.

On the day of delivery the experience was excellent. The driver, Harry, phoned us half an hour ahead of delivery as promised. On arrival he carried the mirror into the house and helped to unpack it so it could be checked. All very efficient.

Great company. Would use again. Contact was efficient to organise a date and time, confirmation given and a phonecall 30 mins before delivery. Pleasant delivery guys

We had. Large Mirror delivered today. The two members of JBS staff ( Amrit and Mihai ) who delivered our mirror into our living room were excellent. The communications from JBS were very good letting us know the anticipated delivery time, then Amrit phoned us 30 minutes before they arrived to confirm the delivery was on time. We are very impressed with the service we received today,

All arrangements were made correctly, but on the day of delivery, they did not accept to bring the sofas into the room, they said that it might take time to bring them into the room and we don't have time, we might have to open the box, which is not our duty.And I had to hire two workers myself and it only took 5 minutes and they didn't even open the box

Communications with JBS was excellent they kept us informed every step of the way. Upon delivery the guys were polite and inspected the product in case of damage prior to leaving. Well done guys

JBS delivered my new mirror this morning. The lads delivered it first thing so able to hang it straight away. They were very polite, asked whether I wished to inspect it prior to them leaving and took all the packaging away with them. Excellent service.

Just had my mirror delivered today, which is beautiful and lovely quality, really pleased. The two man delivery team were so polite and helpful, kept me informed about time of delivery and even took the time to unpack and inspect the mirror with me. Highly recommend, would buy from them again.

Not happy the left my furniture out in the garden , no phone call to say they had arrived no knock at the door, my wife stayed in waiting for delivery today, am at work so we don’t have anyone to help her carry in to house and the weather is frosty not happy and want my delivery fee back as the did not complete the job cowboys if I see they are going to be delivering anything for me in future I will cancel my order.

Part of our road was being re-laid but the 2 delivery men parked as close as they could then carried my heavy mirror the rest of the way. Delivered when they said they would and rang half an hour before to check I was in and update me. Great service, thanks 😊
