A multi-jet spray gun about a year old started leaking along a joint. Though I had not kept a receipt, Customer Services were realistic in dealing with an unusual fault. After submitting photographs and identifying the product number, Customer Services immediately agreed to replace the spray gun. Hozelock responded quickly and efficiently

There are not many Companies who deal with complaints and problems from customers in an efficient and courteous manner anymore.Fortunately Hozelock is one of those companies and they empower their employees to sort out the problem and leave the customer happy.I must thank Ebony in their customer service department who resolved my problem quickly and efficiently.

We have a hose lock tuff hose that had started leaking. This is the 2nd one we have had in 3 years to leak. However emailed customer service and they responded within minutes that a replacement would be sent. Replacement arrived in 3 days. Very happy with service, but a shame the item had become faulty twice.

I’ve had an expanding hose for last two years and it burst the other day. Logged it with Hozelock support and within 24 hours had a response and they are replacing it free of charge. Superb customer service !!!

Bought a 30m hose reel recently which slightly leaked from the centre from the moment I fitted it. As it was replacing the exact same item which had been in use for a number of years and had the same problem I thought a new one would fix it. I contacted Hoselock ‘customer services’ who said that I need to send a video of the problem! How long was I going to have to stand watching for the next drip? 😳

Purchased a large wall mounted autoreel few years ago(not sure how many) but after about 6 months it started to leak from the centre of the casing. Contacted Hozelock and they exchanged it under the warranty. However this one also started to leak in the same way. However I didn’t want to go through all the fuss of another return. The leak has now got really bad. On contacting Hozelock regarding a repair I was told that due to health and safety it cannot be repaired. A replacement is just under £260 and it is out of warranty. While it seemed an ideal product at the time I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and will not be replacing it!

The Hozelock Superhose does not connect to the Bosch High Pressure Washer UniversalAquatak 135, it falls off when the washer is started, but two hoses I tried with the same fitting made by other manufacturers remain connected. Hozelock told me that the washer 'sucks' water from the hose so would not work. If that's the case why do two other manufacturers' hoses connect to the pressure washer without problem? It's more likely a problem with the Hozelock connector, which is supposed to be an industry standard. Hozelock tell me that there is a warning on Amazon, but it's at the bottom of a pdf file called 'User Guide' under the heading 'Safety Documents', so it's not visible on the web page at which the product is purchased, it's in supplementary material. They should tell people to read the User Guide before purchasing.

Like so many others, my experience of dealing with Hozelock has been extremely positive with a Customer Service Team that really lives up to the name. A Hozelock product had failed out of warranty. In my experience, retailers/manufacturer's stick to the exact limits of the expiry date. But I thought I would ask and Ebony was really helpful and empathetic and sorted out a replacement. Understandably she requested proof of purchase, etc which I had kept, but otherwise it all happened very seamlessly. Although this was the first time I had had to use the warranty service, it justified why I have bought several Hozelock products in the past and will continue to do so in the future. VERY IMPRESSED!

Great customer service at Hozelock. My hozelock retractable hose stopped retracting suggesting that the spring had broken inside. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt, but I know I purchased it 2 years ago. I emailed Hozelock on the off-chance of getting some spare parts, and Ebony, the customer service advisor was brilliant, they are sending me out a replacement. Fantastic. Thank you.

I reported a leaking hoze which had a 5 year guarantee. I sent pictures of the leak and receipt of purchase and 3 days later I received a replacement. Excellent service throughout from the brilliant staff at Hozelock

My hose sprung a leak within the guarantee period. After sending the required receipt etc J was quickly sent a replacement.

I recently contacted Hozelock with a spares issue and customer support replied very swiftly. After only a further couple of exchanges of emails they sorted my problem satisfactorily. Well done support team.

Broke our auto hose reel with a falling log! Ebony from customer service sent out a replacement part at n/c. All organised in less than 8 minutes! What fab customer service as I was on to HMRC to pay our tax early and put the phone down after 1hour 15 minutes with no response! Thanks you Ebony Lewis Evans Sandside Cumbria

I would like to say how helpful Olivia was with my problem (a year ago, I’m a little late writing this review as I had a baby). Customer service acts like this that will ensure I will always come back to Hozelock for future purchases. It’s the little things that can make a huge difference so would just like to say thank you again, we need more people in the world that go that extra mile.

I could not have asked for better service! Spent a lot of time trying to disassenble a water tiner that was given as new as a gift. Mentioned difficulties to hoselock. Was given further details, and then was sent by Ross a replacement timer! Many thanks Ross, for all of your help! Great company to deal with.
