We have had a Hozelock AutoReel hose for 4 years. Unfortunately the spring broke when I was trying to reel the hose back in. Hozelock are replacing the whole unit under the 5 year guarantee. From notifying them of the breakage to getting a replacement is expected to be around a week. All over great service

Hozelock Customer Service have been superb in supplying a replacement for our hose which sprung a leak. Their 5 year guarantee is just that- so pleased to have it replaced without any bother.
Well what a wonderful service . We had hoselock tuffhose. Couple of years . Had several leaks but no receipt . Rang customer service spoke to Shaun explained problem . (So helpful )nothing too much trouble. Just send photos of leak and code. Hence a brand new hose arrived in post promptly.brilliant.

I own two Hozelock Tuffhose, one of which developed a leak near the fitting. This hose was four years old. I was in contact with Sean at Hoselock and he had the situation resolved in a matter of days. As the Hoselock Tuffhose had a 30 year guarantee, I had to produce the original purchase receipt and photograph of the offending leak. Not a big ask. Customer service at it's best. A new hose is on it's way to me. Sean kept me updated at each stage and it was very much appreciated by me.
I would like to thank both Hozelock and especially Ebony for going over and above to replace a faulty pro-gun. Great company great products and a great customer service team to help with all problems.
I was unable to get access into a Hozelock hose reel and found Customer Service to be extremely helpful in offering practical advice and helping to solve the problem.
We had an issue with a SUPERHOSE which snapped. Ebony has been very helpful and sent us a replacement. So glad we stuck with Hozelock, as our past experience of great quality and construction have been followed up with excellent customer service. Loyalty is hard to find but a great all-round experience helps.

The service I received from Chole in the after sales department was absolutely brilliant.
I bought a Hozelock multi spray gun from a garden centre 18 months ago and the variations of patterns of spray were particularly useful and used. The lock on for continuous flow was not used at all until we replaced a pond recently. Afterwards it would not switch off having to return to the outside tap to do so. I approached Hozelock to see if the guarantee was still valid and was asked to send a photo of the receipt and video of the problem. On receiving the evidence it was arranged for a replacement to be sent. At all times my communications have been responded to promptly, professionally and courteously. I have been very impressed by the quality of customer service and can too quickly think of other companies who would benefit from following the Hozelock example. Of course it is just great to have the fully functional spray gun once again.

Highly rated customer service. I had to contact Hozelock due to a fault in my TuffHoze. The issue was sorted the same day and a replacement is being sent out. Great after sales support.
I had quite a difficult experience initially with one of my Hozelock products (7 Litre Pulsar). However, Sean from Hozelock customer services was absolutely fantastic. He sent out a replacement part within a few days and was very supportive and helpful. I'd highly recommend you contact Hozelock directly on their customer services phone number rather than email. I have to be honest, in these days where Customer Service seems to mean less and less to some major companies, I was absolutely, and extremely pleasantly, impressed with the service I received from Hozelock today. Having presented my case and appropriate evidence for a Warranty Claim, the issue was dealt with within an hour and a replacement product is being sent to me forthwith. All I can say is well done and thank you Hozelock for: a) Dealing promptly and effectively with my particular claim b) Restoring my faith in the concept of Customer Service
An absolute pleasure, bizarrely! Sean, a good customer agent who actually helps you, unlike majority of customers agents who make you feel like you’re bothering them… you know two ones I mean! My retractable hose broke after 3 years of good use, I had registered the warranty - Sean advised me to try a couple things, which unfortunately didn’t work, so alls was asked is I send a picture and a new replacement will be sent out and arriving in 7-10 days! Happy with tagt and hozelock - paying that little bit more pays off in the long run.
My missing part issue was dealt with promptly without any quibble by submitting a message on the website.
