A little after the five year guarantee ran out my auto reel 40m Hozelock wouldn’t retract. I contacted Customer Service who asked to see my Amazon receipt and then despite being just out of guarantee as a gesture of goodwill Hozelock replaced it. You couldn’t ask for more! Every step of the way was helpful ( thank you Ebony!) Brilliant Customer Service.

So impressed The hose I bought had a leak after a year. I got in touch sent a photo. There was no problem with them sending a new replacement. Really impressed

My 7.5m Superlock developed a series of fine leaks, which sprayed water in various directions when in use. I advised Hozelock of that and asked for a replacement under the guarantee. From that I was asked to submit a photo of the original receipt. Once that was I was offered a replacement within a day.

EBony in the CUstomer Service team was everything you want - helpful, responsive and friendly. Despite no receipt they have agreed to replace a faulty hose. Great customer service

Very helpful advice from Tom about non-working auto watering system which was just in 2 year guarantee period but no receipt etc. etc. He advised that I go on to Amazon website where I found copy of original invoice, forwarded to Hozelock and 5 days later a new auto system arrived. All straightforward with customer service as it was 40 years ago unlike some companies who will do anything possible to avoid helping you. This service is a credit to a first class "Brummie," company.

This company's products are second to none I would trust hose lock with anything I buy however this does not apply to customer services I bought a pump and it said that the tap connector would fit onto the part of the holes that I had cut off This was very different in size I contacted hosewalk for advice as to what I might be doing wrong all they kept on asking me was where was I cut in the pipe The actual problem was I have not realised that there were more than one size of tap connector I sent them a very detailed picture of what I was trying with measurements for the two parts that I was trying to connect together Which were completely different in size If the customer services had taken note of what I had sent them they would have immediately have responded by telling me that I was trying to use the wrong size of tap connector And which one I should have ordered to be able to complete the task instead it took about two months of emails and waiting and I have finally figured it out myself thank you holds lot customer service for not providing any sort of useful service

Hose leaking! 30 year guarantee offered on box, kept the receipt but after 3 years its faded and unreadable. After 6 weeks of back and forth a replacement has been agreed on, but will not be covered by any guarantee as I don't have proof of purchase. Unfortunately another guarantee that's offered but is not worth the paper it's written on ( being the box the hose come in). Shame as its a good product otherwise

3½ years ago I purchased a Hozelock hosepipe with an incredible 30 year warranty. This summer the hosepipe sprung a leak. I contacted Hozelock customer service, after a couple of emails explaining the problem (with evidence of purchase and evidence of the problem), a new hosepipe was posted to me. I found Hozelock's no nonsense approach to Customer Service refreshing. Congratulations Hozelock!

I had an issue with a 3 year old hose. I contacted Hozelock on line and was promptly dealt with by Ebony. Her assistance in the matter was excellent and the company has gone well above and beyond my expectations. It is nice to have quality service for a quality product. I will recommend and buy Hozelock again in the future. Thank you very much.

I had a leak in my hose lock. I contacted the company in order to see if anything could be done about it as it was out of the guarantee. I sent them a copy of the invoice and a photograph of the hose actually spraying water all over the place, the company responded and replaced my hose lock within a week excellent service

After deciding to upgrade my garden hose reel from a manual wind up model to a Hozelock Auto Reel. Wow ! How much easier is this … Saves the task of manually winding that for me at least was becoming more difficult with age. The new Auto Reel is excellent. Once again Hozelock customer service has been brilliant. This really is how all businesses should be. 100% recommend this company and their products.

Had an autoreel hose which had managed to wrap itself around the wrong side of the reel inside. Contacted hose lock and at the time of contact was just in the 5 yr guarantee. After various emails and pictures hoselock kindly offered to replace the hose which has arrived today. Very good service and great good will gesture

The hose was so entangled on the cart we had to take the cart apart to use the hose. The cart cannot now be used so we have 30m of hose trailing through our garden. There is ongoing dialogue with Hozelock customer service that borders on ridiculous. They ask a question I respond a week later they are back asking the same question. Been going on for months. The reviews were great and maybe we were unlucky but the customer service is appalling so if you’re buying be mindful that if anything goes wrong they won’t fix it

I had an extendable hose which split inside. Its the second one that has done that so unsure if there is a manufacturing issue but I contacted Hozelock, sent the code and they replaced it without issue. Great service

Brilliant after sales service Bought retractable hose 3 years ago which broke - Hozelock replaced with new hose without any fuss. Well done Hozelock! Will use you for all my garden needs going forward.
