First class service by all the team at Hozelok. Problem with hose sorted out quickly and with compation.
Had the Hoze for 2 years. Unfortunately it failed and stated leaking from about 1ft away from the end. Contacted Hozelock and after sending video of failure, they replaced it under warranty. Great customer service Thank you
I purchased a Hozelock product and it developed a fault within the guarantee period. Hozelock did send a replacement, but because I live in Ireland, the product got held in customs and would not be released until a charge was paid. I requested Hozelock to pay this charge, but they would not, stating their guarantee does not cover customs charges. Be aware if you are purchasing a Hozelock product in Ireland, the guarantee does come with an extra cost.
Recently contacted Hozelock following an issue with a Tufhoze. Exchanged without problems great company.
We purchased a 25m hose and reel to discover a part missing on taking home. I suspect part may have been lost at store we bought it from. However I emailed Hozelock and a spare part was with us 24 hours later. Fab service. Fab products.
Hozelock team were fantastic!! I had bought this hose a few years ago which guaranteed is 30 years. The connector broke and I tried to get it from Screwfix, Homebase and B&Q but could not find the match with the hose. I contacted Hozelock and we tried to find one that fitted, which in the end we finally find it and they did not charge me for this. Thank you so much for helping us out and finally have a working hose. Very happy customer and exceptional service!! Thank you again...
We had a 40m Hozelock which broke just outside of the guarantee period which was replaced without fuss. Unfortunately the replacement developed the same fault - could not rewind - and this was dealt with similarly and swiftly
The Hozelock Superhoze split and although it was several months out of the 1 year guarantee Hozelock acted immediately when I contacted them. As an act of goodwill they are sending me a new hose. I'm extremely impressed with the company and the speed that they reacted to my problem.
Emailed Customer Service on Saturday (wasn't expecting to hear anything until well into the following week). I supplied evidence of purchase, guarantee registration and picture of problem. 1125hrs the following Monday morning, I received a reply advising the next step. Excellent customer service from Ebony and Hozelock, which is why I am happy to pay a bit more for my items, because I know my custom is appreciated. Thank you!!
My 40m hose failed to rewind. It was within the 5yr guarantee. The customer support team were excellent, no problem. Provided the receipts and a picture. A complete new hose has been delivered. Very professional service. Thank you Ebony.

I contacted Hozelock as our tuffhoze had somehow got a hole near the top of the hose. I had no receipt but wanted to know how I could fix it. Ebony was incredible and offered a replacement for us. This was a wonderful surprise. Amazing service.

Approaching the end of a 5 year guarantee my 40m Hozelock Auto Reel refused to reel in smoothly. I contacted the support team and Ebony immediately offered to send a replacement. This was facilitated in a friendly and efficient way with speedy results. Within days I had a replaced, perfectly working, hose. Exceptional service - Well Done !!

I bought a Hozelock 30 metre extending hose. After what seemed like a really short time, the end connectors on the hose stopped “gripping” onto a standard tap connector. It was as if the grey “grippy bits” had worn out. After a couple of emails to Hozelock, expressing my disappointment, the end connectors were replaced by Hozelock free of charge, no questions asked. You see all kinds of different makes of hose and tap connections on the market, but I would never ever buy them. Hozelock are the tried and tested and trusted manufacturers of this kind of product and I always use their products. They are the “Rolls-Royce” of hoses, from a quality point of view, and at the same time, the “Ford Fiesta” of availability and economy. Don’t buy anything else. As Tina Turner would have said: “Simply the Best”. 🙂
My 40m wall mounted Hozelock stopped working so I got I touch with the customer services for advice on how to fix it. I was put in contact with Ebony who listened to my issue, advised professionally and clearly on the steps I needed to take. After this she sent me a full replacement item no quibble. She was fabulous to deal with and I would like to thank her. This was all done really quickly and I felt like a valued customer.
