The customer service was first class and the enquiry was dealt with very promptly.
I emailed Hozelock with a problem we had with a burst hose. I added pictures of the problem and a copy of the receipt. Within 3 days, I had a response and new hose being sent out. No fuss or bother. Excellent customer service.
My hoselock 7500 pump has stopped working so unable to drain my flooded garden. Contacted them for their suggestions (outside of 2 Yr warranty where some products are 5 years). Received email today basically saying product faulty not covered so nothing they can do. Didn't ask for a replacement just their suggestions, thought they may have a repair service or advice as to try something. Didn't even receive a sorry your product is faulty or sorry you will have to buy a new one. Shocking customer service the operator needs retraining on how to answer emails to avoid bad reviews. Only reason I scored 1 was they replied quickly to my email.
Hozelock responded swiftly to my claim under warranty and sent out a replacement hose with no quibbles. First class customer service.

My expanding hose was 2.5 years into a 5 year warranty and sprung a leak. Quick email chat with Ebony, proof of purchase and a short video and replaced without any fuss! Superb customer service
Hozelock, pride themselves on their products and customer services. Well this was upheld when I had to contact them with an issue with a hand sprayer. Tim, was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with in any companies customer service department. Nothing was to much trouble and issue resolved completely to my satisfaction. I've had issues with a product and both times a replaced was issued straight away with no fuss. Great customer service.
Diagnosed the issue and sent the part out all within 3 working days. As I have used this process before I knew that a video was required which I'd already taken. People just need to be aware that usually a video is too large for email so just upload it to your Dropbox/Google Drive and share the link instead.
Hozelock Customer Service was super helpful and efficient though and whilst the product failure was disappointing, the Customer Service team did everything they could to provide a high level of customer satisfaction...

Our 2 year old 40m Auto Reel unit which was found to be faulty after being used by a roofer. The hose layering traveller was not moving. When asking Hozelock which parts I needed, they offered a complete replacement unit, service beyond expectation.

We have been buying products for years off this company! Unfortunately tho recently i had a problem with one of the hose guns that we purchased and the customer service team was outstanding! Not only was it very easy to raise a warranty claim, the response was almost immediate, asking for some further information. Once this was provided, the claim was settled within a few days by means of a replacement item, a 20m sprung retractable garden hose, not a small item! I am extremely impressed with the level of service.
I bought an Auto Reel Hose in 2021. I had warranty for 5 years. In 2024 Auto Reel broke. They sent to me a new one. Very pleased, an amazing customer service, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!
