Ebony is one in a million very helpful and sorted my problem with a broken hozelock
I contacted Hozelock about a new UV lamp by phone. Ross Cumberlidge answered my call & offered his personal work email address so I could send photos of the UV lamp that I wanted to replace. He was extremely helpful & very patient in answering my numerous emails. I am a pensioner & on my own now, so was not confident in what I needed. Ross worked out what I required & forwarded a link for me to make my purchase. I 100% commend Ross for his time, consideration & care with helping an old lady get through something that was out of her comfort zone. He is certainly a credit to the company. Thank you again Ross ORDER UPDATE Regrettably there was an issue when my order arrived. I contacted Ross who sorted the matter immediately & satisfactorily & in a very friendly manner for me. It is good to know that there is still some excellent customer service out there. Thank you again Ross
My fast reel started leaking & making a loud noise from the inlet at the rear. As it was still under warranty I contacted hoselock who posted out to me a service kit straight away, which cured the problem. Excellent service from this company. *****

Very speedy rectification of a faulty spray gun. Ebony, in customer services, sent me a replacement gun within an hour of me sending her a photo of the leaky item.
Ebony has been so very helpful sorting out my faulty superhose. The product is over 4 years old, it suffered a leak. Ebory was so efficient and quick, sent her the receipt, no quibble as guarantee is for 5 years so a replacement is being sent as no repair possible. Thank you Hozelock. All done in an hour.

Excellent service. Called customer services regarding our faulty hosepipe. Given clear instructions what we needed to do and replacement arrived the same week. Can’t fault service.
My hozelock reel failed to retract just shy of 5 year guarantee Tim who helped me try and fix it but with no joy. He was very helpful with resolving my problem and I received my new reel within 3 days as the old one could not be repaired.
Had a faulty Tuffhoze connector could not find one Hozelock got it sorted for me via email by Tim help was appreciated
What a fantastic company! I had an issue with a hose spray attachment. Ebony, was so supportive and kind and resolved the issue perfectly. Only buy the best and that's Hozelock.
Fantastic customer service.
I emailed customer services regarding my autoreel which I purchased a few years ago and had stopped winding back automatically. I was looking for some spare parts to fit myself but I was told that the fix was not possible and that I needed a new unit. Thankfully after providing my receipt, the very helpful Ebony advised I'd have a new unit in the post under warranty. Great service and very happy customer.
My 40m autoreel started to leak after 4.5 years. Contacted Hozelock and sent the requested picture. Ebony responded immediately and replacement autoreel arrived today. No quibble, no fuss, exemplary service!!
Hozelock provide excellent customer service. However, given the number of times I've had one of their Superhozes burst, I would question their product quality...
Woke up to find one of the two AQUAFORCE pumps in our garden pond had stopped working. Using HOZELOCK website, I was able to submit the details required, including s/n and proof of purchase, to claim under the 5 year guarantee. A few hours later, I received an email, from Tim, informing me a replacement pump would be with me within 3/5 working days. It arrived on the morning of the third day. In todays World an outstanding customer service. Thank you. A note of warning, be sure to spell Hozelock, on email, with a 'Z' and not 'S'.
We bought a hozelock gun for about £22 and within the year it was broken after careful and light use. Unable to find the receipt 😔

We've had various hozelock hoses and accessories for years. We noticed one of the hoses had developed a bad twist. Submitted a warranty claim and within an hour of sending photos and purchase evidence I now have a new one in the post. Amazing customer service from Ebony!
My expandable hose developed a fault. I emailed hozelock over the Christmas period received a reply when they returned to work after producing my guarantee they confirmed a replacement. I received it today 8/1/25. Fantastic service I can't praise highly enough.WELL DONE
