My 40m flexible hose showed a small puncture. Looking on the net, repair options appeared limited and uncertain. I contacted Hozelock Customer Service requesting information on their preferred method of repair. Their reply confirmed that effective repair was unlikely to be successful and advising that if the hose was still under guarantee, it would be replaced. I was aware that the five year cover was still in force but thought that such damage was wear and tear rather than any implicit fault. However, I did forward my evidence and Tim in Customer Services was very helpful, informing that a new hose would be supplied. It arrived yesterday. Such service is quite exceptional and displays the confidence Hozelock have in their products, backing up quality with positive back up. I have other Hozelock hoses and sprayers and, of course, their definitive connection systems. I recommend the company without any reservation. 5*

bought a flexi hose over three years ago, noticed it had a 5 year warranty, contacted hoselock who promptly replaced it. Great service

Spare part that I had ordered arrived incomplete. Contacted Hozelock and they immediately sent out the missing part. Things can go wrong but Hozelock put it right immediately.

After a problem developed with my Hozelock tuffhose I was very impressed that since this product had a 30 year warranty the tuffhose was replaced very quickly. Thank you Hozelock for all your assistance, your customer care team are amazing.

Ordered a Hozelock reel online - it came with two left arms, instead of one left one right. I called customer services and asked for a quick replacement - they confirmed it would be sent that day, and I received it the next morning - excellent service.

My hose reel developed a fault within the guarantee period and they are replacing it without a quibble. Ebony was very efficient, a credit to her employer.

I had to get in touch with customer service due to an issue with our Superhoze. Sean was great at getting everything sorted quickly and has had a replacement sent out already, on the same day day I got in touch. I feel that sort of response time is quite rare these days, so top marks for that too. Thanks again

I had trouble with my Superhose springing a leak. I rang Hoselock customer service and despite it being 3 months out of warranty they replaced it and very quickly! Very impressed with their attitude and service, I definitely recommend them.

Coil mechanism broke. Just outside guarantee, despite promoting internal spare parts on website there is NO repair service (which I’d have been happy with) and they do not advise opening the case, all very odd, so the product is useless and I have meters of hose on the ground! In summary, expensive product, may only last 5yrs max so be warned... also noting issues others have had with AutoReel - not worth the cost, buy another brand or something cheaper! Unfortunately they don’t offer incentives to retain customers either, not impressed!

worst hose reel by far on the market, the coiled spring broke twice, in a short space of time avoid the hassle

A small problem developed with one of their products and although it was nearly 18 months after purchase, they replaced it quickly under the 5 year guarantee without any quibble or hassle. The service was absolutely second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and its products. I wish all companies would learn from their example - the world would be a much better place!

The retractable reel broke. I contacted Hozelock online for some guidance and was delighted with the speed of response and helpfulness. It was also nice to learn that the reel was still under warrantee and new reel was swiftly posted out. Very pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service from Hozelock. My Hozelock Superhoze sprang a leak and the team at Hozelock have arranged for a replacement to be sent out under the 5-year warranty. I just needed to send proof of service and a video of the leak. Excellent professional service by Ebony at Hozelock!

Hozelock replaced my 4 year old hosepipe under warranty with no quibbles. Top customer service. Wonderful customer service. Will be sticking to this brand.
