I purchased my autowind 40 meter hose lock product just before the 5 year warranty ran out about 4 years ago, it’s been absolutely fantastic, then I had an issue with it! So I decided to call Hoselock and a kind professional lady answered called Ebony, from 2 or 3 emails & a phone call with the issue and proof of serial numbers Ebony sorted me a replacement! I can not praise Hoselock enough!! Fantastic service, I will continue to buy there products. Thank you Ebony you are a great ambassador for your Company.
Excellent customer service replaced hose gun within a few days after sending an email with video of faulty item which was 19 months after purchase
Following the death of my father-in-law last year, my wife and I have been maintaining his house and garden pending the probate sale of the property. He was always a great fan of Hozelock products and last summer it was an absolute joy to operate his wall mounted 30m auto reel garden hose – easily the most impressive hose I've ever used. Last weekend I used it for the first time in around 5 months and was so disappointed to find that the auto hose retraction mechanism no longer works. I made contact with Hozelock Customer Service to see if the hose could potentially be repaired but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be a viable option and the hose is now well out of guarantee. However, I couldn't fault the time and effort that Ebony put in to trying to assist me and she also demonstrated such enormous kindness and empathy for our bereavement. My late father-in-law always held Hozelock in such high regard as a company and was always recommending their products to others so it was very touching for my wife and I to have his memory treated with such respect - thank you Ebony and Hozelock.
The hose lock attachments are rubbish these days. I've had 6 hose lock attachment I'm 4 years all of them don't work any more. My pipe I e had for 4 years is cracking the pipe I had 20 years ago is still fine. Obviously made out of cheaper stuff these days than years ago
I have used many aquatic company’s before and been let down by there customer service team time and time again but at Hozelock it’s the best service I’ve ever received quick polite and go above and beyond I have to mention Ross he went more then above and beyond for me my questions and items I required was either out of stock or obsolete and Ross solved both my solutions within the hour and legit changed my whole day and brought a smile to my face as I honestly thought it was never gonna happen but he suprised me and more then delivered so I am writing this review due to his outstanding customer service and work ethic I wish I had a Ross working for me so well done Hozelock and due to this I will also be a returning customer
Excellent customer service. A fast response to replace the faulty Auto-Reel. Would have been 5 stars, if the product had lasted more than 14 months. The green one it replaced lasted several years. Let hope the replacement grey one last at least the 5 year warranty.

I bought a s garden Spraygun last January and today it was gushing water from the trigger.B&Q did not want to know so I contacted Hozelok and showed them a video.They are replacing my product as a gesture of goodwill.Very impressed with their customer service and speed of response.

I bought a hozelock gun about 6 months ago. It hasn't been used for a couple of months and when I turn the water on, water pours from the trigger. Support say that they can't help as I don't have the receipt

I had a hozelock product which I bought via Amazon. The item stopped working, but still under guarantee! I contacted Amazon who rejected my case advising I should contact Hozelock. After many emails back and forth (between myself,Amazon and Hozelock) Hozelock took control and thankfully solved my problem. I’ve had a garden for the 55 years of my marriage!!! I can truthfully say I’ve used hozelock items for this time,I only have praise for the various goods. Keep up the excellent service. Carole Mullarkey

We had an issue, we contacted Hozelock initially using the chatbot which resulted in us being transferred over to Tim in customer services. Tim resolved the issue in a very pleasant manner and the end result was a replacement product is now on its way to us. No quibbles and no fuss. Based on this experience we will buy from Hozelock again for sure.
