Having purchased my 5th or 6th Hozelock pond pump, I am at a loss regarding their warranty. These are not cheap units, around £200, and come with a 3 year + 2 if registered online within 30 days, which I did. Now after just over 4 years, my pump stopped working. I clean it regularly and as an electrical engineer with experience in commercial pumping systems know how to do this correctly. After checking for any blockages or issues with the rotor and impeller contacted Hozelock. They wouldn't even accept the unit back to investigate the problem, just trying to sell me a new impeller as this isn't covered under warranty. So I'm left with a faulty unit which should be covered, but unable to get them to act on their warranty.

I emailed regarding the expandable hozelock hose and it sprung a leak .straight away I got a email to say thtr they was dealing with my email..a little while late I got a email from Ebony saying a new hose was being sent out .I cannot fault the customer care that Ebony delivered. A big thank you to you all

My experience with Hozelock was top notch. The Customer Service lady was professional and understanding. My issue was somewhat complicated, we worked our way through a few hoops but the end result was fine. I was most impressed with the way I was treated.

I am very grateful to the Hozelock company team,which sent me a new Easyclear 7500 pump,still under warranty, bought a year ago,unfortunately failed. Now I will be able to enjoy clean, clear pond water again. Thank you so much.

I've been faithfully using Hozelock products for almost 30yrs. Great quality, long lasting, reliable items. I encountered a rare issue once and received fantastic customer support, speedy and efficient, very pleased and will continue to rely on Hozelock!

Very straight forward to deal with, the team at Hozelock quickly diagnosed the issue and agreed a replacement item. If only all companies would offer this level of customer experience! Thank you Hozelock and in particular Sean who was a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I'd had my hose just under the 3 years thankfully I kept the original receipt as whilst using it to clean out our hot tub it decided to spring a leak. it was only by chance at the store that they suggested contacting hoze lock, I'm so glad I did in less than 2 weeks I have a new hose been sent out no ifs no buts. I sent a picture of the problem with receipt and the rest is history. I would definitely recommend this company's hoze even though people give it bad reviews best hose I've ever brought and a fantastic customer service experience well done hozelock

I had an issue with a Hozelock retractable hose reel that proved to be faulty. I emailed customer support and the issue was resolved quickly with a replacement issued.

I have a burst Superhoze. I love my Superhoze so was pretty upset when it failed. I contacted Hozelock via email and they replied immediately. A couple of emails later and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service thank you.

Really good experience in my contact with Hozelock Customer Services. They were really proactive in their response and very prompt in replacing our hose. Couldn't fault them. Which is nice to say these days. Thank you.

I contacted Hozelock customer service following a leak that had developed in my Tuffhose hosepipe. Ebony responded to, and resolved, my query promptly, courteously and efficiently. I cannot fault the service I have received from Hozelock and strongly recommend them and their products to others.

Ga en stjerne kun fordi det ikke går an å velge 0 selv om produktet ikke fortjener en eneste stjerne. Kjøpte en slangetrommel med vannslange fra Megaflis.no. Fikk produktet i posten og munnstykket til slangen var allerede ødelagt ved ankomst. Fikk etter litt styr tilsendt en nytt. Dette er av dårlig kvalitet og fremstår som billig plast. Selve vannslangen er helt ubrukelig og tåler ikke vanntrykk. Jeg bruker dette på hytten og har ikke kraftig trykk på vannet i det hele tatt. Slangen sprekker likevel stadig opp der de er festet til koplingene, og det blir mye unødvendig tap av vann. Dette skjedde hele tiden og var fryktelig irriterende. Selve trommelen klarer ikke å dra inn vannslangen og trenger hjelp fra før den er halvveis ferdig med jobben. Etter en sesongs forsiktig bruk drar den ikke inn vannslangen i det hele tatt. Nå skal den kastet rett på dynga. Oppsummert: Fullstendig ubrukelig og skaper kun irritasjon. Skal aldri kjøpe noe fra dette merket igjen. Styr unna!

Great customer service but … although Hozelock honoured the 5 year guarantee, this was the second hose that split after two or three years

Waste of money. Bought this after reading good reviews.very soft hose, kept kinking while trying to wind onto my reel. Considering the make of hose I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. If I did not have to walk 5miles to take it back I would. This is the worst hose I have ever bought. And I am 70 years old. Will never buy again.

My Hozelock 30m Auto Reel had been regularly used and was just out of warrantee when the hose-rewind system failed. After supplying a couple of photographs to their Customer Services team, a new Auto Reel was despatched to me without cost. Needless to say this works perfectly and they now have another delighted customer.

Contacted Hozelock customer support team as my spray gun had fallen apart. It was still in warranty and after sending a photo and proof of purchase Tim sent me a replacement really quickly. Excellent customer service in my book 👍

I have recently dealt with Hozelock's Customer Servive Team and they have been amazing. Incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. In particular a representative called Ebony. It is what customers might expect from Customer Service Teams but rarely experience. Consequently I will only ever use Hozelock products and will recomment them at avery opportunity.
