I live in the G72 area in Elder Cres today the grass was cut in the walkway between Elder Cres and Elm way the operative left the area on the walking footpath covered in cut grass. We as a collective will remove this service if we do not see an vast improvement in the service we pat for.

Greenbelt reviews... laughable. Their scope of service states they will maintain the grass on our estate between 25mm and 65mm and its currently in excess of 300mm. They are lazy and incompetent and all they do is take the money and wait for complaints before they actually do anything that they're contracted to. As for your canned reply… calls and emails have been repeatedly made and yet you still achieve NOTHING! Instead of just copy and paste for every negative review, how about you actually address the issues.

After a long process trying to get grass cut in our estate which had been done for the last 14 years plus! I can't thank David (customer care) enough for listening (irate customer) and being sympathetic and very professional. Big thanks to you the issue has now been sorted. Unfortunately can't give a minus rating. Joke of a company only interested in ripping people off by inflating bills with things that shouldn't be included. Disgraceful customer care but sadly no easy way of getting rid of them.

Jeanette was incredibly calm and helpful dealing with my billing issue due to an error on my part. All my emails were responded to quickly, and in less than a day all was sorted and she emailed me to let me know my payment had been received.

We highly recommend Nick Upton. He has been extremely helpful with the green areas around our location at Bradgate Heights in Glenfield. He went above and beyond what we were expecting. He is quick to respond on our queries over the years and we were pleased that he sorted an issue we had with the overgrown Ivy and trees behind our garage. He listens and solves problems that the local residents have about all their concerns and issues. He also has provided a lot of key advice for us on various matters. Dreadful company. Rather than answering questions and resolving problems, they prefer to either ignore or intimidate their ‘customers’. This company spends more time trying to remove negative Trustpilot reviews than resolving actual issues! Our estate is charged for the ‘maintenance’ of a woodland path. Tens of thousands of pounds have been paid to this company and yet all that we have is a an inaccessible, muddy dog toilet. In 2018 a whole swathe of land that they claimed to have maintained for 5 years magically disappeared from their maintenance map without any explanation or notification. Not one single bit of maintenance was carried out on this piece of land in the 6 years that they claimed to have maintained it. It remains an eyesore with weeds, trees and brambles obstructing a public pavement. I’d strongly question the validity of any so-called agreement with this company if they can simply change their own maintenance map, adding or removing land or services as they see fit. It truly is a scam! Expect to be ignored if you query a random and unexplained additional charge and expect threatening letters if you dispute the bill. I’d also question the validity of some of the 5* reviews that this company had received in recent days. These reviews sound nearly as fictional as Greenbelt’s ‘inspection visits’ and just as creative as their billing. I can’t believe for one moment that any ‘customer’ is pleased with the way this company operates, the quality of their ‘service’ or the fact that this company inflict a non-transparent, eternal financial burden. If I could give no stars then I would. I’d strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing a house on an estate with Greenbelt attached to the land maintenance, to run a mile - they truly are an appalling company.
