What a pleasant, friendly and professional young lady Vicky is. My husband and I both spoke with her and were so impressed by the way she handled our call. it is very rare these days to find someone who is not only helpful and understanding but also someone who genuinely wants to help in a difficult situation.
Nick and Luke were informative and helpful, however it would have been good to have the meeting on a weekend/evening when more people would have been available as at 4:30pm a lot of people are still working. Nick clearly explained the costs and maintenance plan moving forwards.
I have given 1 star but this is too much for a rip off company who do little or no work. We pay for supervision inspection but no one has ever seen a supervisor! We also pay for gardening during the winter months and again no one has ever seen a gardener in the winter months. When the gardener is here they quickly cut the lawn which takes under an hour then they disappear! Total robbery. They never answer an email when you query anything but send a legal warning letter immediately you miss a payment!! And as for a £59 admin fee per property!! Another rip off. The bills are all electronic!
What a joke of a company. We barely see them doing any work and they charge extra for every little thing and show no proof of doing it. For over a year I have complained to them about a light along a walkway being out, and I have email responses saying it will be taken care of, but it is still not done. I and many other residents of my community refuse to pay their bills for reasons like this.

I was honest and they were understanding about my bill. It was an oversite not a deliberate failure to pay and they didnt argue.
I received an overdue account letter with late notice charges which was surprising as I thought I was on a rolling year on year direct debit. I immediately contacted the customer care team at Greenbelt who connected me wit the billing team. They were sympathetic and supporting and the whole issue resolved in less than an hour or so. Amazing service with contact methods to suit you be it email or phone - you deal with a real person.

They fail to carry out the maintenance required and still charge. Ive now refused to pay and have urged them to proceed with court. They are a complete scam

Contacted Greenbelt due to current work isssues and they help sort me out with a monthly payment. I would suggest anyone else who is got through hard time and cannot pay in full to contact Greenbelt to sort out repayments.
This year marks 20 years of being extorted by this so called 'Land Management' company. Based out of Glasgow they could be on the moon for all the direct involvement they have with the maintenance of my development. They put the work out to local tender and the contract goes to the lowest bidder. The impact on the landscaping here has been a gradual degradation. Whilst large sums have been taken from the collective residents there is no reserve fund for unforeseen works. Anything over pruning or grass cutting involves additional charge. The practice of companies like this buying the rights to extort money from unsuspecting residents in perpetuity needs to be stopped. When in this world is it OK for anyone to continue to be paid regardless of the quality of their work? There has to be a break clause where the service or in this case the lack of a service can be publicly scrutinized and if necessary an alternative provider found and appointed. The alternative would render this arrangement as legalized extortion wouldn't it?

We lived on another estate before moving into an estate managed by this company. At least they explain the bill properly. With the previous estate we only got one charge. Grounds always looking good. Great job.
