I’ve got no idea who’s leaving these 5 star reviews, but this company, are a crowd of crooks. They charge for works not carried our, and are totally unaccountable.

So. The eagerly awaited Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) report has been published, urging UK governments to ban new developments with embedded arrangements, as seen with companies like Greenbelt. These arrangements, detailed in property deeds, obligate homeowners to perpetually pay management fees. Greenbelt asserts that there are exit options, but the CMA emphasises the difficulty of this under such schemes. It's virtually impossible, they say. In contrast, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), which represent four out of five developments, enable homeowners to take control of their developments and manage the outdoor spaces cost effectively, or they can force a switch and appoint a management company of their choosing. The CMA is now asking the government to issue guidance to RMCs to simplify the process for residents to take ownership. Unfortunately, those of us with embedded management companies in our deeds are likely to face a reduction in their home values.

Greenbelt maintain the grounds on the estate that my house is on, and I have been a customer for just over 4 years. Unfortunately I have had trouble with the Direct Debit system on 3 occasions, but the staff I have dealt with to rectify the problem have always been very helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

Overall on my last conversation with greenbelt customer care, I had Amy who helped me with the issue, and clarified the issue I had, and updated me on what was happening with the issue I raised. I had previously had a conversation with David condon who was les than helpful and didn't help with my query in any for shape or form. I was left feeling as though I had been fobbed off and was just being replied to so customer care could tick the query off their box. My experience with Amy was much better and I was left happy that the issue I was querying was going to be rectified.

Greenbelt supported our wildlife habitat initiative, providing funding to purchase hedgehog houses and nest boxes on the field area of our development. This was part of a wider wildlife development including the planting of further hedging to enhance the area.

Absolutely useless outfit full of obnoxious, rude employees who are incapable of doing anything with any level of competence. Get ready to get over charged for basic services by this horrendous organisation

If you are considering buying a new build property DONT DO IT! Greenbelt are a bunch of crooks and you will be bound to their lies and inflated charges for ever there is no escaping them. If you buy any property that isn't on a new estate you just pay council tax if you buy a new build they have limitless bills no regulation or cap and they increase by approx 70% every year, further to gb reply, the bill started when we boughtbthe house 2 years old we signed and were told the bill would be 113 per year, next year's bill they have advised will be just shy if 300 so that is almost 3 times the original price in just 5 years so yes it is not the 6% they claim. Again if your thinking of buying any newish built house don't bother buy an older one where you won't be ripped off everyuear for fictional communal areas as we have none at all in our street not even one blade of grass to be cut

This has been an ongoing problem for 7 years. In Greenbelt’s last reply to my review they said they were carrying out excavations, which haven’t happened and that they had dealt with flooding along a footpath by erecting boarding. They did erect boarding. However it’s drainage that’s needing as any competent person would recognise. I’m sorry for the admin people who have to deal with this.
